I loved the quesabirria! I ordered three tacos, but two would have sufficed – they are large and stuffed with meat. There are some tables in the parking lot if you want to eat there, but most were getting it to go. My wait for my order wasn’t too long.

I had the Asada fries and they were really good . Huge portions!!! The service is good. The atmosphere is okay as it is a taco truck with outdoor seating, so not the best atmosphere but is acceptable for the establishment.

They did a great job with our large order of 10+ meals ready in less than 30 minutes and packed very well for a large group. They clearly labeled everyone’s food and labeled it with the price so that we could pay back our food runner. Then there was the quality of the food. Everyone was very happy with their food. I personally ordered the nachos. I thought they would be enough for two meals given the portion, but they were so delicious I finished them in one sitting.

Wife and I tried this taco truck during our weekend get away, and it was fantastic! Food was ready quick and it was delicious, best Mexican food I’ve had in a while! Would definitely recommend if you’re in Chelan!

The food is fantastic! I eat here regularly, but just discovered a new item they don’t have posted on their menu. Do yourself a favor and order the Carne Asada Nacho Fries. They’ll blow your mind.

Real deal here folks. Tried the torta, taco, burrito, flautas and pupusa. The pupusa was my least favorite but everything else was on point. Serrano peppers with each meal provide the heat and meats very flavorful. Ask for the sauce if you’re sitting down. Will be back!

The food here tastes great—no complaints about the flavor. But the wait time is consistently frustrating. We’ve experienced this same issue way too many times: we place our order, then watch several people who ordered after us get their food and leave long before we’re served. It seems they prioritize quicker, easier orders first, which leaves some customers waiting 40+ minutes for just a few items. That kind of delay, especially at a food truck, is hard to justify.

Those who gave this place less than 5 stars are crazy. This is the best place to go in town! Sometimes wait is long (because they are so good) but the wait is well worth it. If the wait is too much you can always call ahead of time! Highly recommend their quesabirria tacos! Only downside, they are closed through the winter.
