Great place! I’ve been going here since 2018 (give or take a year), and the food has always been quite good. The tacos are a bit expensive (I still order them often enough because they’re great), but their burritos will fill you up better than chipotle at the same price.
It’s still a taco truck. These people in the reviews trying to badmouth the place are kinda ridiculous. The food is very good and not too expensive, but you still got it from a truck. What i will say is it’s been consistent, enjoyable, and decent quality. Moreover I’ve never gotten sick, seen a hair, gotten hard beans, gotten rock hard rice, or had bad service. Those are all things ive had happen at Chipotle ( i still go to Chipotle too, cuz when it’s good it’s pretty good). They also get it out the door quick. I’ve never waited longer than 10-15 minutes, even when they’ve got 8 cars parked and waiting.
If I had any complaint, it’s that depending on what you order you don’t get enough salsa. Their salsa is pretty dang hot, so most people would be satisfied, but i run out of salsa and peppers then switch to a bottle of hot sauce before im halfway through my burrito. If you order 6 tacos they typically give you enough heat.
Also it’s a local business. Way better to support these guys than Chipotle. They’ve been consistent for years.

As the first customer here at their new restaurant, I can say the taste of this food reminds me of home. Authentic mexican spices, robust flavor and a hearty filling. Tacos La Familia food trucks were delicious but this Mexican buffet is amazing. Spacious, family friendly, warm atmosphere and did I mention the food? Haha
Homemade tortillas, Agua de frescas, pazole, flan and
A variety of options are available.
I tried just about everything. My Inner foodie and the smells, told me so.
Honestly though, you won’t go wrong with anything. Looking forward to my next trip here!
If you don’t know where to find the restaurant, it’s right next door to play sports & hobby lobby on hover.

Good tacos, for my taste asada was a bit salty. Adobada was good. I also got a Sope, it was great. I will choose Sopes over tacos. Green Salsa was the real deal. Had flavor and texture, not to hot for me as mexican, but Toreado chile was hot! More than enough, perfect.

Amazing food! The Tortas are next level, along with the sopes. Great prices and great people. Best Mexican food in Longmont. Did I mention those Tortas?

Quality tacos, always hot.
The mum is absolutely lovely and always smiley. Prices are comparable and fair. Although salty and ever so slightly greasy, the food and sides and salsa is top. My favorite truck in Longmont

This review is for the taco truck in the Sherwin Williams parking lot on Ken Pratt: We moved here from Tucson, Arizona seven years ago and I have not found a place with better tacos anywhere around. I’ve probably eaten here a dozen times and have never been remotely disappointed. The whole family loves it!

Went to the restaurant finally after having their food from the taco truck multiple times. Their cucumber-pineapple water was delicious! We had street tacos with al pastor, asada, and the barbacoa. We also had the quesabirrias and they were phenomenal. We’ve been wanting to try them for a long time and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Will be returning frequently!

Hands down the best mexican food in Longmont! Every time we eat here the food is on point no matter what we get. My 2 favorite so far are the lengua tacos ( going to try the sopas next!) And any of the tortas. The customer service is great. I sit and watch all the people who drive by and have no idea what they’re missing.
