This place was great! Met a friend for a late lunch. She ordered chicken enchiladas verdes, I got the steak taco meal. Steak was flavorful & tender; I had a bite of her enchiladas which had a slight kick. Chips & salsa were kinda meh but they weren’t the main attraction. Our server was attentive & kind. Reasonably priced too. It’s a good half hour away from me so won’t likely return but happy to have made the visit

I ordered ENCHILADAS VERDES over the phone, but when I got home I found out that they served me ENCHILADAS ROJAS. I wasn’t going to came back to make a big deal so I eat them, and weren’t that bad at all.

We ordered a steak burrito and steak Torta online. Everything was ready before we got there and was made correctly. The new fine in space looks nice and is worth checking out. The only thing I wish they had was a spicier salsa. The green and the read are very mild to me.

First time coming here, and I was not disappointed! I ordered the birria tacos, and they were by far the best I’ve had—packed with meat, super cheesy, and the consommé was absolutely delicious. I also ordered steak tacos And my son loved them.

When this place first opened I thought I had found the perfect place for Mexican food. I referred family and friends to this place. However, shortly after opening, this business went down. The food is not as tasty. The prices increased and the portions (which aren’t enough for a fly to land on) decreased. My last purchase was a steak burrito dinner. The burrito was full of rice and beans. There was hardly any meat. It was also short of cheese. If they would have put cheese in the burrito it might have stayed together. It was an unraveled mess. Taco Jr. lost a frequent customer who family and friends share the same sentiment. Farewell, to this business as I gave it too many visits praying for a change.

Had burritos and tacos. Stick with the carnitas or al pastor. Steak was bland. Skirt steak was little better. The Birria En Su Caldo (shredded beef soup) was tasty and with a decent amount of meat. Horchata was pretty good, not too sweet. Place looked clean and service was the best. She was very attentive and made sure we were good by checking on us and clearing empty dishes from our table. Not sure we’ll be back though as there are better places when it comes to the steak. Maybe it needs to be marinated more and if it’s already being marinated, maybe change it up?

So this is actually my second review. My initial review was five stars. We haven’t gone there in a while but today we ordered taco dinners and first of all we thought they were three taco dinners, but it turned out to be two. I really wish they would’ve been more detailed because there was only a slight price difference and we would’ve paid slightly more for the three taco dinner as opposed to the two. Secondly, the food was cold and lastly, the meals were thrown together. Literally the beans and the rice were all thrown together very messy. I don’t know what happened in the last year because we used to love it there, but it’s completely went downhill. I guess they do not want returning customers. We won’t be back.
