As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I wanted to try Mash & Marrow while we were near the hotel, and it ended up being a great choice for lunch. The service was excellent, our server was attentive, friendly, and quick with drink refills, which always makes a difference. I ordered the Caprese sandwich with chicken, and it was fantastic. Fresh, flavorful, and really well balanced. The sweet potato fries were also delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, exactly how they should be. The other entrées at our table were the Asian salad and the corn chowder, and both were excellent as well. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and well-prepared. Overall, a really good lunch experience and definitely worth stopping by if you’re staying at the Marriott or nearby. Friendly service + great food = an easy recommendation.

I gave them 1 star because the prices on their website are very misleading. We ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread, which was listed as $12 on their website (as of January 10, 2026). When we received the check, it was $17, not $12.
I asked about the price difference, and they said they haven’t updated their website. That’s not acceptable. If you’re going to post a menu online, the prices should be accurate.
So if you’re checking their menu online for pricing, don’t rely on it—or expect to add about 40% more to whatever price you see.

Absolutely disappointing!!! Especially for a Marriott property. I wish I had checked the online reviews before ordering. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was poorly prepared, tasted like it came straight out of a can, and the pasta was overcooked. To make matters worse, there were flies and fruit flies buzzing around the dining area. I stated felling sick half way thru my meal…. Marriott should be embarrassed to have a restaurant like this on their property.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced in a Marriot hotel. The food is very bland. Ordered their butternut squash soup of the day and salad and they gave me a salad with no dressing and the wrong kind of soup. Servers have no restaurant etiquette. You have to ask for any kind of menu, they do not just bring it over to you. Servers rudely interrupt you when ordering and still messed up the distribution of food when bringing it over. They were standing in a corner chatting, paying no attention to customers sitting down. Food also takes a VERY long time to come out. A salad and soup took 30 minutes. You’re better off doing Uber Eats than going to this restaurant.

I am so disappointed , I ordered a NY steak and mashed potatoes and after waiting for a good 30 minutes, my steak was cold and mashed potatoes were probably reheated with pockets of cold mashed potatoes. I asked for the food to be reheated and it came back the same way. I have had a long day and was extremely hungry. I ate my food and wondered why no one even bothered to make it right. Definitely not eating another meal from here.
