It had been a few years since I stopped here, and the only thing I saw that had changed was the inside but the food was 5star,they still pickled there own jalapenos, cabbage and carrots,,ill be headn back through in a fee days and will stop in a take a few tacos,burritos to go

My dad wanted to stopped there for dinner so we did. Honestly the food is very good. I order a torta with casada along with a taco. I liked how they cut my torta in half so I can save it for the next day. So size is pretty proportional. And the atmosphere on a Monday night was chill had music playing in the background. Overall was satisfied with the service.

We came in on October 14th around 5p.m. . After paying $40 for our order we took a seat to wait for our food. In that time several groups of peope had came in. Some if the people that came in after us got their food with in minutes. After waiting around 30 mins. A lady that was also waiting for their order had gone to the counter to complain on our behalf. She had told the girl taking the orders that we have been waiting for our food for the past 30 mins. And everyone else who walked in after us had already received their order. The girl behind the counter told the lady that they messed up our order. Which is why it was taking so long. She also said that we ordered some type of sea food dish. That was complete lie, we had ordered tacos. After she reassured us that our food would be ready soon. We decided to wait a little bit longer. Shortly after that. A couple arrived and sat at the table adjacent to ours. Again, within minutes they received their food. At this point im getting pissed. Not only because we’ve been waiting for as long as we did. But because we were in direct sight of the girl taking orders. She never thought to ask us if we got our food. Nor did the waitress when she brought the order to the table adjacent to ours. We never got our food. And after waiting another 30 minutes I walk up to the counter to ask for my money back. When I tell her that I need my money back. Her response was ” oh! Did you not receive your food?”. I tell her no and I don’t want it anymore. I just need my money back so we can leave. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I strongly do not recommend.

Good tacos they counter lady with the lipstick isn’t friendly. Had questions on the menu she had no patience to explain. Ordered cheese dip needed more chips to go with cheese. She was rude and said they’re not free, and charged for extra chips. Why not explain than when you took my order. Go take a nap lady

I’ve only been here a couple times and got asada both times and it’s just not super great to me. Service has always been good though and the restaurant has been clean. Maybe just try something other than the asada.

I was passing through Dodge City and stopped by for a late lunch on Sunday. The ordering was at the counter and then delivered to the table. The restaurant was about 25% full. The chips and salsa were great. The chicken tacos were good with cilantro and onions. The guacamole was a little different. It was very creamy and not to my liking. The lettuce was a little wilted with a slice of tomato which had a dab of mayonnaise on top (also not appealing to me). The atmosphere was highly decorated and colorful! Nice space. Overall, the food was average, the staff was friendly, and the decor was colorful and fun.

Back in Dodge City after a few years and decided to try this again since I loved it so much last time – it’s just as good if not better. I had the Gordita and taco plate and the pollo and carnitas were some of the best I had anywhere. They both were just super flavorful and seasoned perfectly. I see some reviews complain the salsa is too hot – and yeah it is hot but it tastes. So. Good! If you think it’s too hot for you just ask to skip it. In a city with lots of awesome authentic Mexican and central American places to eat this is a stand out in my view.

Highly recommend this place!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Gloria was super helpful and super nice! She made sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I ordered the quesadilla + tacos plate and the gordita + taco plate. Everything was excellent including the chips + salsa and the rice + beans that came with our plates.
