First time here and the food was good even after the mishap with my order. I took my incorrect order back and the cashier and manager were phenomenal, making sure that it was correct and putting some extra goodies in the bag. This is how to gain repeat customers. The establishment was clean and I can’t wait to go back to try one of those delicious looking salads!

I went with a friend to grab a quick bite, had a little trouble deciding what I wanted, but the cashier was patient. I ordered a Chicago style hotdog w/ fries and a drink, which was tasty. The chocolate shake is delicious! My food was fresh and atmosphere comfortable. Will come back to to grab more bites.

Ordered my food to be ready for pickup at 1 pm. I walked in the restaurant at 12:55, sat and watched. Julianne was packing it up. She checked now and then to make sure the order was correct as it was complex. My food was on the pickup rack at 12:59. When I got home everything was there and hot and tasty.

I have been a Bueno Beef customer since the mid-80s. I recently visited the Oak Lawn location, where I ate with my wife and my 91-year-old beautiful mother-in-law. My mother-in-law’s minestrone soup was served cold. Rachel right away stepped in to offer a warm bowl and place the cold soup in its take-home container. As of late, there has been multiple issues. I order the plant based beef and two of the times, it was real beef. I always order sweet peppers and recently they used hot peppers. Today, the fry box, could have been fuller. As most places, they start out good, then the service and quality goes down. When they get it right, it’s good.

Ordered for delivery and had the wrong entree sent along with missing beef bites. Called Door Dash and was denied a credit. I called Buona hoping this supposed great company would understand and just remake my food and I would go get it this time. They put me on hold forever waiting for a manager. Ok understandable that a profitable company should act this way with a loyal customer. You can have your sad version of customer service and wanna be Portillo’s food! I’ll pay extra and go further on delivery next time!

Placed an order online, 10 minutes later it was awaiting my arrival. The staff is courteous the place is clean and the food is good – consistently. IMO, for those reasons they’re better than the Portillos in town.
