It is incredibly frustrating to be a loyal customer, spend your hard-earned money, and feel like your patronage isn’t valued or recognized. It is especially disappointing when staff members doubt your purchase history when you have the exact bank statements right there on your phone to prove it.

I have been a loyal customer, eating here seven times recently, yet the staff never once mentioned or offered me their loyalty/reward card. I only found out they even had a rewards program because I happened to see another customer using one.
When I finally asked for a card and explained that I had been there multiple times, the staff member was dismissive and didn’t believe me. Even though I could show my bank statements detailing every single transaction I’ve made here, they refused to fully honor my past visits and shorted me on my loyalty stamps, only giving me credit for four of my seven meals.
The complete lack of transparency about their rewards program and the disrespectful attitude toward a frequent, paying customer is unacceptable. You shouldn’t have to fight to prove you’re a loyal patron.”

Ordered the carne asada tacos with cheese and a cheese dip on the side on doordash. I did order the taco special but it didn’t come with the beans. May have been an oversight, but the tacos were so good I didn’t care. Everything was phenomenal. The corn tortillas were soft and didn’t fall apart when I took the 2nd shell off. The cheese dip was hot and delicious. Had a tiny bit of spice to it for those with very low spice tolerance, but will not be spicy for those with a high tolerance. Great experience trying this spot for the first time and price was low. Well worth it.
