I got chorizo tacos Mexican style. PERFECT serving size. Most tacos in the city are at most 3 bites, these were 5. The tortillas are cooked in the oil from the meat. Soft and full of flavor. Only critique would be that the meat is just a bit too wet.

I ordered tacos de cabeza, lengua and pastor. I eat 2 of pastor out 6 the other 4 went in the garbage. Meat was smelly and taste it pass due. Just be aware and make sure they are not giving you expired meat.

Bought a quesadilla and 2 tacos. $17.50 total off their board. Cashier rang it up to almost $28 and said the price was because of “taxes”, thats a 60% tax rate at $28. I didn’t argue with him cause I was hungry but he did the same thing to the girl in front of me and she refused to pay for her food that costed $10.50 off the menu and $14.85 after “taxes” which analyzing after the fact is 40% in taxes.

My favorite taco place! I’ve been to a lot of different taco places trying to find the best one (in my opinion), and this one is by far the best! Meat isn’t super fatty or chewy. The salsas are sooo good! I absolutely love this place! The cashiers and cooks are helpful and nice as well! (In this photo I got my tortillas fried!)

I ordered a couple of different tacos. I tried the tripa, lengua, barbacoa, and cabeza. The barbacoa and tripa were the better of the four tacos. I just didn’t notice any differences with the other two. They definitely needed some more seasoning too. I believe that the corn tortillas are typically served steamed or lightly cooked on the grill top, but I prefer something a little more crispy. I saw someone in their review stated that they had their tortillas fried. I would have preferred something like that. Fairly reasonable prices, good portions, and friendly staff. Their green and red sauces also have some good heat to them if you want to amp up the tacos.

I was born and raised in Texas and boy let me tell you this hit the spot. I’m here on a business run from Oklahoma and was missing my Texas roots.

other two tacos. They were more on the dry side, which is a good contrast how I usually get greasy ones at other places. They were okay.

Lady was really nice. She let us sample a couple of kinds of meat before we ordered. The only thing I didn’t like was that the tacos were served luke warm. Seemed a little unsafe for a food truck. Walked a couple of blocks further up the street and got tacos from another truck, and they were served piping hot…
