Of course, in MA we don’t have the same choice and variety as you do in CA, but still! Everything was 10x more flavorful than what I’ve had at home in Massachusetts. The portion sizes are also great – usually I’m used to having to order 2 or 3 tacos or a couple tamales to be satisfied. But just one taco or tamale here is a pretty big portion (for me at least!). The horchata was also incredible! The birria tamale is so cool – it’s a must try for sure! I also had a birria taco and a taco al pastor with carne asada – also very good choices. The salsa that comes with the chips is also very flavorful, and actually a bit spicy. Nothing too hot for me, but I was surprised because in Massachusetts the free salsa is always zero spice hahaha. What a great place – I can’t wait to come back here again on my next trip to SF.
This is authentically Mexican, full of bold flavor, rich broth, and that homemade touch you don’t find everywhere. The birria was juicy, the consomé hit the soul, and the ceviche was fresh and perfectly balanced.
If you like real flavor, real spice, and food that doesn’t apologize for being good, this is your spot.
Muy auténtico. Mucho sabor. 100% recomendado.
I’ll absolutely be back. 5/5 — vengan con hambre.
I had just a simple carne asada street taco and and al pastor street taco. Came with beans and chips. Perfect amount of food.
All the salsas were good.
Carne Asada taco was good.
Chips were good (nice and light, I hate the thick chips, or the ones not made in house)
Wasn’t a fan of the al pastor (the strong cumin for an al pastor taco was weird for me), but liked that they added pineapple (could of added more / bigger pieces :))
All in all it surprised me. Everything was good and it was a great deal.
Will recommend and will be back.
Wide range of traditional Mexican food on the menu – one more delicious than the other
We did try only the Tacos, which were SUPER (I would suggest to take at least two – you also get a free side!) but also the burritos seemed quite tempting(and also were huuuuuge)
They bring you at the table a free side of Nachos with Salsa
100/10!! Definitely will be back
