This place is awesome. If you are hungry, order the enchilada burrito. The people are nice, I haven’t had anything bad here yet. It is taco truck style, but they have some covered seating options which many taco trucks don’t offer. Worth a drive if you want to visit a small town and eat something that you’ll remember

We just ate here for the first time and everything was excellent! It’s a taco truck with outdoor seating that was clean and comfortable. The tables each had napkins and plenty of sauces and salsas to chose.
We ordered the 2 tostadas for $5.00 and they were great portions! And tasted excellent.
We also ordered the quesadilla and the tacos. Everything tasted fresh, the food came prompt, and the guy and gal working here were friendly and patient with our 3 kiddos.
We will definitely recommend to our friends and family in the area and come back again.

Awesome place. Their menu is fantastic and authentic Mexican, all their products is sourced fresh and locally. BEAUTIFUL flavor, and with a really quick wait time. Their red sauce is to die for. Big plus for the quiet, yet very limited parking in the back, which is surrounded by sheds and outbuilding to own. (Sheds and outbuildings are unassociated with Tacos El Panal.)
100% worth a visit, and a return visit after that. Even if you’ve got to travel from Caldwell and the like.

This place has excellent food, great customer service as well! Lovely family owned spot with authenticity that just makes you want to keep coming back. This place was a recommendation from a friend and I can see why. If your lookin for good food with good portions this would be high on my recommendation list.
