The food quality was great as always — Chick-fil-A never disappoints in that regard. But unfortunately, our order was almost completely wrong. We had ordered one Spicy Chicken Deluxe and one regular sandwich, but both came out as plain sandwiches without anything on them. We also ordered one large and one medium fries but received two mediums, and they barely included any sauces. The nuggets were the only part of the order that came out right. It’s in a fun campus dining setting, but overall, this visit was pretty disappointing.

FIU chickfila is horrible. We love Chick-fil-A but this one is the worst I have been to. Brought my family but never again. They denied my kids a soda refill. When they asked for ketchup they only gave them one although we had 5 meals ordered on our receipt. Additionally, the dood was not fresh like in the one in hialeah or naples.Avoid if you are looking to have a nice meal with the family. I feel for the students.

The middle aged Hispanic brunette “on the bigger side” working on Wednesday, December 3rd around 12:40 is incredibly rude!! We ordered an iced coffee with a special request to the milk, and she loudly complained that “If you don’t like it, we won’t remake it.” Then, she called over her subordinate (after spitefully overfilling the cup with ice) to make the coffee and loudly complained infront of our faces that our special request was unreasonable, and that we’d annoy them with a request to remake it. This is the rudest chick fil a staff interaction I’ve ever had.

Worst customer service!!!
Lady was really rude. I asked her if she could switch my tea because it was so sweet and she said that’s how it is. Was extremely snarky about it. Had to throw away my entire drink.
Waste of money.
If you can go to another Chick-fil-A, I would recommend that.

Went here while passing by, the food was delicious and crisp. I got a salad, the lettuce was crisp and fresh, the chicken that came with it was flavorful and incredible! The line was a bit long, but that is expected, especially with rush hour, but, besides that, I recommend it if you’re looking for a good meal.
They got my drink wrong (coca cola instead of sprite), but, it was quickly taken care of.

I’m not the type of person who writes product reviews. This, however, is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. Every Wednesday during the lunch rush, I order from there. I’ve had to wait 30 minutes for one combo three Wednesdays in a row. People who ordered after me got their food before me. My lunch was described as a “special” sandwich. I always have the Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich meal, but I’m not sure what’s so “special” about it. Despite the fact that there were six people working at the front of the house, four of whom were at the expo station, they messed up my drink. That is not what Chick-fil-A stands for.

For fast food, it’s always a good option….. I love chick-fil-a. Always crowded and driving around this location is just dangerous because of all the traffic. The city should have done a traffic study before approving this location. That’s why I gave atmosphere 1 star…… restaurant itself is 5 stars.
