The tripas here are perfectly cleaned and cooked just right—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor without being greasy or overpowering. I ordered tacos and they put way too many onions. Had to take most of them out cause I couldn’t enjoy my tacos. Then I bit something hard twice. Idk if it was bone or a rock or what. But lost my appetite for them and threw them away. They can do better.

Hands down the best customer service! Evelin is so sweet and she recommended I tried the horchata! By far the best quesadilla I’ve had… the cheese was so melted, crisp tortilla and fresh veggies!!!!! And the salsa !!! definitely recommend!

They’re never there. Today was my 4th time going at 8:30pm and the truck was not there. I have called before to make sure because I’m driving from Burleson and no one answers. I make sure to check in Facebook and Instagram for updates and it said nothing about not being there. It has hours of Thursday- Saturday 6-10pm and Sundays 10-3pm at the Crowley marketplace.
