We have been ordering from Prima for almost 20 years, but their food and service is not dependable. Sometimes their subs and fries are good; sometimes they are awful. Lately, their subs have been soggy and their fries are dry like they’ve been sitting awhile. When the food is not good, we do not complain. The owner use to be friendly, but is not anymore. We ordered a steak sub last night w/everything except hots and light mayo which I always get. We got steak on a dry sub roll. When we called to correct the problem, the owner insisted that is what my husband said, even though I heard him order. The owner said he would have another one delivered, but we had to send the wrong one back and he was not apologetic about it. I do not plan to order from Prima anymore. It is really sad to be treated like this when we have supported Prima even when their food was not good and that they do not seem to care about our future business.

The fast food places just can’t shake a tail feather to the grade of mozzarella sticks that non chain pizza places offer. The subs are amazing too. I’m ever exhausting my resources in finding out who has the best cheesesteak sub because everyone thinks that because it’s called the Philly cheesesteak sub, Philadelphia automatically has the best cheesesteak. I’ve been to Philly. I tried their chesesteak sub. That’s definitely an acquired taste and only in name. This place, however, top tier, I’d give the cheesesteak sub a strong 9. Certainly where I’m getting my mozzarella sticks for the foreseeable future.

They are a joke. Don’t call in a order using your card. You will wake up to fraud charges the next day. I called them about this situation and a person was supposed to get back to me and never did. My bank disputed these charges. But I will never patronize them again.

I am nevering ordering from this place again. First time I ordered extra ranch dressing and never received any. Then I ordered broccoli bites and they were burned I mean burned. Then I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and even paid for the pepperoni and got a large cheese pizza. And then I ordered a four piece fried chicken dinner and only got one piece of chicken. Definitely not wasting my money on this place again. I can understand goofing up maybe once. But not continuously. They are definitely not going to get my business again ever.

The pizza looked and taste very old had to send back and get a new one (after the lady argued me about it being hot and fresh when it wasn’t) just for the same result with the new pizza. my final answer is DISGUSTING. Never will get pizza from there again. I would add a pic of the pizza but I don’t see that option , I’ll figure it out
