The food here is amazing!! We got the asada, pastor, and birria tacos and they were so good. We also got a side of fries and rice, and the fries were very crunchy and delicious. The rice had an amazing flavor! The staff were extremely friendly, and the food is very reasonably priced. Loved the food!

My buddy kept telling me about this place and I see why! I tried the Asad and carnival tacos with a fried jalapeño and Wow! The sauces had flavor, the meat was incredibly tender and the fried jalapeño on the side is a must!! I wish I would have gotten a picture because it was so good!!! I will definitely be going back often!

Went on a Sunday evening around 8 P.M. and there was no wait to order, but two pickup orders in front of us. We ordered the quesabirria tacos and an al pastor burrito; both were absolutely delicious, and I would recommend this food truck to anyone craving good Mexican. We waited about 10 minutes for the food and it was extremely fresh. 10/10 try Tacos El Korita!

Best tacos this side of the border! I checked out local spots, and Tacos El Kaorita had the best reviews. Now I see why. No regrets are all. The tacos were insanely good, easily the best I’ve had in a while. Super flavorful, fresh, and legit. I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in Colorado.

HIGHLY recommend everyone check this food truck out! They are authentic and their food is well-portioned and VERY FRESH. This is the first time I’ve had quesadillas that were perfectly crispy and not a hint of grease/oil! The person who took my order was very patient and gave recommendations and we were grateful for that.
They’re here by the hotels almost every day except Wednesdays, and you’d just park on the street. It only took them 12 minutes to make my food fresh!

15 bucks for a torta, got tripes and they weren’t clean properly, still had a lot of the fat all over it and they were undercooked and rubbery. That wasn’t much meat in it either, was most filled with the other ingredients. Seriously this place us overrated. And doesn’t listen to requests. The food didn’t eat taste that good. Its safe to say this is one of my top 3 tacos and burritos. I’ve been everywhere in the country and theres only 3 taco place that stands out the most. One in Las Vegas, one in Phoenix, and this place. I bought from there last year since I’m only in Colorado Springs once a year so when I was coming back I had to stop by. Yesterday I stopped by but it was too early for lunch I think so I had to settle with the other food truck. It wasn’t bad but this one right here is the top pick. The steak tacos are very flavorful with good portions. I dont know what they do with jalapeño pepper but its so good. I’m definitely coming everyday while I’m in the area cause after this week I will have to wait for another year.

Pictures could never do it justice. These tacos are some of the best. Might beat Cali and NYCs best… seriously flavorful and delicous!! Tender meats, generous portions, great prices and service. Even the Jalapeño is perfectly do e. No detail spared – this is the real deal.
