This is our 4th time here, the food is good but not today Nov 4th at 5pm. We always order carne asada burrito and carne asada quesadilla. Here’s what they served: Burrito with NO MEAT and TACOS? So disappointed, only 3 stars today. Please check on your cook.

This place is a joke!! Ordered online only to show up to a closed restaurant refusing to give us our food and had to contact an agent with DoorDash to cancel order because they still had our order as being prepared. 0/10 they were so rude shaking their finger at us through the window. The lady on the phone could not hear. She sounded like she didn’t even want to take my order. I specifically said, 3 Birra tacos, not 3 ORDERS of 3 birra tacos. And she didn’t even repeat my order, same goes for the quesadillas, I said 3 QUESADILLAS. not 3 orders of quesadillas. And then I said a SIDE of fries. And when it got it here it was Asada fries. They either need to get better hearing workers or repeat the order before ending the call. Never call again.

Rude service at the register, and they forgot part of my order. Had to drive back to get it and no apology, no compensation. Just handed me the missing food. Food was also cold. Won’t be coming back.

The birria and consomé are delicious. I usually get the taquitos because they’re my favorites. Their totopos and salsas are some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m definitely a repeat customer and wish this place stays open for a long time.
