We were helped by Ivy and she was amazing! Very helpful and very efficient. I felt like we were really taken care of and felt confident that our order was going to be correct. I ordered the hot Philly and said no veggies and she told me just so I was aware that there were onions and peppers in it for allergy reasons. Very happy! Our whole experience was warm and welcoming. I wish she took my order every other place I go to. Definitely will be coming back.

Pretty decent sandwiches in the vein of Jersey Mike’s and firehouse subs. We ordered on an app and then went to pick up and the sandwiches took about 10 minutes after that time it said to pick up. everything ate clean and they were very well crafted sandwiches. They do have Ivers clam chowder here which was nice and the chocolate chip cookies are amazing.

I went to the sub shop yesterday and the employees Ivy Shawn and true are the best. They fixed me a subway French dip sandwich. They were very knowledgeable very polite when I was there shout out to the workers. This was a wonderful experience for me. I will be coming back. They did a righteous job every time I get my paycheck. I’m going to that sub place. Just because of the customer service thank you you all God bless.

Stopped in here on a Saturday around 11:15 am and they took our order quickly and they brought the subs to our table quickly. Good subs for a a decent price. Nice and clean. I had the French Dip and my wife had the Turkey Bacon Club. I works definitely recommend this place for a great quick bite!

-This is by far one of my favorite sandwich/soup/salad place in this area. The salads are always fresh & crisp. The soups/chowders/chili rotate. These are a good quality well received and respected Ivar’s products. The breads are sourced from Franks. One of Seattle’s high quality bakeries.
The restaurant features around 25 indoor seating and access to a large free parking lot. The restaurant maintains a clean restroom. There is a variety of shopping available. This location has direct bus access from several other destinations.
My personal experience has yielded 5 consecutive years of positive experiences, good meals & enjoyable conversations with some energetic polite individuals in Seattle. As most of you know from my other reviews- I do not hold back… criticism or compliments…

Kind of my guilty pleasure lunch place, because the sandwich I get would make a nutritionist faint — but it’s delicious. Quality ingredients, fast service, and both classic and unique menu items. It’s not an every day type of sandwich shop, but sometimes you need a treat.

Always great food at reasonable prices. I really like their French Dip. Hot or cold sandwiches you can’t go wrong. Potato salad is pretty good. Ivars clam chowder to go!
