No words can explain how good tge food is. I got the carnitas tacos and I was sad I only bought 3. My sister got the Al pastor. So so so good. For something that looks so simple the flavor will knock your socks off.

This place is my favorite. I stop in here to 2-3 times a week grab a taco or two the people who run the taco truck are super nice very friendly. They even have a table and chair now in case you want to sit down and eat. great place great food. If your in independence it’s worth a visit.

The flavor of the “carne asada” tacos was pretty good but I don’t think that is what the meat actually was. Im pretty sure it was carne molida which was disappointing. I’ll definitely go back and try some of the others though.

A great food truck with delicious food! We had them come and serve at an employee appreciation at work. They showed up on time with delicious entree choices and served 65 people in a little over an hour. Every person commented on how good the food was! The overall experience was far easier than I imagined because of their preparation and professionalism. Thank you!

Wanted a burrito. On the menu it says choice of meat, rice, beans, sour cream and pico. What I ordered: asada, no pico add cheese. What I got: ground beef burrito, rice, beans, lettuce no pico. If I hadn’t lived so far I would’ve driven back. Dissatisfied with it costing me $13.00
