I stopped at the Tacos El Amigos food truck at the BP gas station on Main Street in Columbia City. I had heard how good the food is and how generous the portions are at very reasonable prices. I ordered 2 chicken burritos. I could not believe how gigantic they are! They are the size of a dinner plate! These are NOT Taco Bell size burritos! The giant tortilla is packed full of chicken, rice, lettuce, raw onion, and cheese. It is served with a tangy red sauce and a green sauce. I wish I would have weighed the container because it was heavy! One suggestion I would have to make the burrito even more flavorful would be to grill or sauté the onions rather than using diced raw onions, which can be a strong flavor in the burrito. Each burrito was only $7.99, and my husband and I actually split one for dinner. So we have the second one for tomorrow! Customer service is outstanding. The gentleman who took my order said he would bring it to my car so I didn’t have to stand in the cold waiting for it to be prepared. That is customer service!

We have been to this taco struck twice now about a year apart and we LOVE this taco truck. Huge portions, and I mean huge…. But wonderful for sharing meals and very affordable for feeding very hungry men. The service was wonderful and the fella taking out order was very smiley and sweet. We highly recommend this place and the tacos were amazing. The burrito is ginormous. Also, our order came with chips and salsa and the salsa was very flavorful while some places put out watery salsa. But not this truck. Come to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal.

Had a romantic lunch with my wife here today. Eduardo bright is out some delicious fresh tortilla chips. Usually I like salt on them but these were great because they were fresh and delicious. I think they must make their own tortillas not only because they are fresh, but also because surely no one sells tortillas that large! I hope they open their second location soon so I don’t have to drive so far to eat here! The steak was top quality and the horchata was authentic. I loved the salsa, which is not watery but more of a tomato sauce consistency.

food is great. service great. only thing I can ask is offer smaller portions for your older customers. mom got a quesadilla that was so big she could not hold it. I get alot of people like the huge portions but some prefer a more manageable portion. ill be back and tell them in advance and see. glad to have this in cc.

Wife and I were looking for a bite to eat and stumbled across this place, WOW! The prices are unbeatable especially considering the MASSIVE portion sizes, (1 burrito is 2 meals).
It was also cold and the guy even walked it out to us when it was finished and didn’t charge us for cilantro! 10/10 will be returning!

This guy and his taco truck is a beautiful creation! Food is always delicious and more than fairly price with the heaping amount that you will receive! The gentleman there is super awesome, polite, and genuinely just a good soul person! I have had this place 4xs now each time great customer interaction like the people working actually value your time as much as you do theirs. If your debating a dinner for a night of the week you wont regret this decision.

We were traveling through and stopped for gas, decided to try some tacos… and we will plan to do that again! They were very nice and the food was awesome! The service was awesome! They made me vegetarian street tacos (which aren’t on the menu) and they were great, which is not always the case. Do it!
