I ust want to start out by saying thank you. The staff here were wonderful. Very cheerful despite being very busy. They greeted me, asked me how my day was going, went over how they were making my sub and if it was to my liking as they were making it. Which honestly is how it should be at all these sub places. The Elkin Jersey Mike’s is by far the best one I’ve been too and I visit all the Jersey Mike’s Subs in and out of my local area alot. Good job ladies yall definitely earned the 5 stars.

Ordered delivery from this place for months now. Always get italian or steak and cheese. Tonight got buffalo chicken. Not only was i given the wrong bread but my sub looked like someone soaked it in water and squeezed it out like a sponge. Was so wet, soggy, and mushy was not able to eat it. Cut in half and smushed into a small bag. Almost made me sick to look at it. Couldnt even tell what was chicken or bread. Will be awhile before i order again
Ordered again 11/1. Did not receive my chips or drink. No refund. Will have to go in store for my next order to receive the discount. So disappointed. So much for your opportunity to correct since my last order.
Review update: my entire order was refunded by Jersey Mikes. I also received a phone call from the company to find out about my experience. They apologized for what happened with my order and wanted to make sure that they were still in good standing with me as far as ordering in the future. They went above and beyond to respond to my review. I understand that mistakes happen and Jersey Mikes is just too good to live without forever. I highly appreciate their commitment to good customer service. Not something that you find too much these days. So a big thank you to you guys for reaching out.

Great service. Great food. Never have had an issue anytime I go in. I love how they provide promotions and deals for the community. This location is very charitable for the community by helping families that are in need, benefits for sports programs or school activities and programs. Lindsey is always advertising and promoting the store and deals and is always willing to help in anyway possible.
