Tacos Del Sur serves Fresh Flavorful food. My favorite is the chili relleno they are delicious! If you are able call ahead to place your order since everything (and I mean everything) is made fresh so it does take a bit of time however the wait is definitely worth it. I have never had a negative experience there. People are friendly and helpful always clean and always delicious! If you like tamales ask for the ones in banana leaves they are fantastic!

A husband and wife team (my guess) and the place is super clean and the food is sooo on point!!! definitely would recommend! This place reminds me of when I grew up, eating with my best friends and family, a truly loved cooked meal! Thank you!

lady that works there is so rude. Based on other reviews this is typcial. Treating people who/customers who are the reason you have a business in first place and reason you have roof over your head is wild. Food aint good enough to put up with a rude old lady who treats customers so terrible. Would be one thing if she was just quiet not engaging she just straight up rude.

Nice experience for lunch last week, although i wish I’d ordered tacos (my boss ordered the ones featured in my picture)! I don’t usually get taquitos and these were not particularly impressive, but service was great and I like the location. I judge a place by its tacos, so I’ll have to go back – might earn the 5 star review then 🙂

Excellent food, nicest owners, clean quiet place. So much good food & salsa, where do I begin? Been coming here long time since it was on other side of town. Best beans & carnitas. Love carnitas torta or burrito or tacos. Steak fajitas are excellent too. Such a treat to go here.
Update: we moved out of Salem so when we come to town, this place is a must go for lunch. WOW I miss this place. No one’s food compares. We can’t find anywhere in Albany or Eugene that tops this. Enjoyed steak fajitas and Carnitas pork burrito. Great horchata and great Jamaican hibiscus drink! Thank you for consistently providing great food!!! Worth the wait!

I’ve door dashed them a few times now and had to come leave a real review. SO GOOD. I’m obsessed with their potato and chicken tacos, and their chicken tamales tasted sooooo fresh. Absolutely delicious. Also LOVE the medium salsa. I could eat those crispy potatoes tacos every single day.
