Absolutely loved this place! The pupusas were AMAZING — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly made fresh. Every bite was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with warm decor that feels both cozy and vibrant, and everything was spotless.

And the horchata deserves its own shout-out — it was incredibly refreshing and smooth, and I loved that it’s made with alkaline water, which made it taste extra clean and crisp.

It’s so refreshing to find a place that delivers great food, great service, and a clean, inviting atmosphere all in one. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the spot! Come and check it out, if you don’t know what a papusa is just come try one. They make everything in house and to say it was delicious is an understatement! The owner is kind, generous and great to talk to. His wife, the cook, definitely has her kitchen game on lock! They also make a fantastic Jamaica (cold sweetened hibiscus tea) we had to grab a second one for the road. They also let us try their chilled cucumber drink which was refreshing and amazing. The other drink they had us try was a warm, spiced, pineapple based drink that reminded me of apple pie filling, so good! Come on down and check them out, this place is a diamond!

I was so excited to hear Pupusa City was opening a restaurant around here. You can’t get food like this anywhere else! Friendly service and an overall wonderful experience. The yammy was bigger than expected and so good. The menu is still growing, as they just opened. They have these and a few more options available. I’m looking forward to their grand opening!

I’m one of the many that have seen this on TikTok and was very excited to try the place out. So I went the same day after seeing a tiktok review on this place. The place was empty, when I went in and same thing in the video the one content creator posted. I wanted to like it so bad but once I had a bite of my first pupusas with curtido I knew I was going to be disappointed. It lacked flavor, nothing like the pupusas I’ve had in all my years of eating pupusas in NYC and Jersey..the curtido didn’t have flavor at all it was just colored cabbage and the sauce was just tomato sauce nothing special about it. It was also super expensive, almost $50 for just two people. I’ve never had to pay that much for pupusas even with getting drinks.

I think this place can improve if they offer the traditional pupusas and make the curtido flavorful.
The owner (I think) was very attentive and nice overall though.

Delicious food and a friendly staff! The owner came to our table and shared how proud he is of his gluten-free pupusas. They were great at accommodating my daughter’s dairy-free needs as well.
The drinks were interesting and the guava pudding (with 4 spoons) was a big hit.

Ok, so I only came to this place since I follow a girl on tiktok and she recommended. I really did not enjoy the pupusas and the reason is because they are made with rice flour which is not the traditional way. My family and I did not enjoy the food. Our server was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere was empty and like deserted, then again this place is new. So for me and my family this is a no. But if you like pupusas made of rice flour this is your place. Another thing it’s pricey and you cannot just have 1 pupusa if you like. They only have combos.

You Need To Know? Arrived around 5;15 on a Friday night & we were the only customers. Service was polite but slow considering we were the only customers. We had the chicken chimmichanga, nachos supreme, steak & chicken fajitas, and the Texas burrito. Food was flavorful but there was no pizzazz! The fajitas were not sizzling & the presentation was not colorful. Rumor has it that their breakfast is very good & worth coming back for. Now You Know!
