Cashiers(Ana Jessica P) at the ridge rd location are rude barely wants to service. They only have energy to interact with the Hispanic customers. Foods good service and environment is terrible 1/9/2026.

Went through three people who didn’t speak English to take my order before my order was placed. Paid for my order online so it’s ready when I walked in to eat it. Maybe not a big deal maybe for some people was told chips and salsa when you sit down was extra. update they just brought me my Kearny Asada. Burrito and I had the chair apart. They can’t even cut it in half.

I usually feel bad rating a 1 star, but between the lack of fresh food, incorrect order, and rude service I’m totally okay with the 1 star review.
Food: Carne Asada Tacos were dry, no seasoning, and very small portions. (See photo)
Also, one of our green Salsa cups were old because the Salsa bonded into a jelly/shakeable substance. So nasty! See below for the inquire of Salsa before knowing this.
Incorrect Order: Ordered 2 Elotes. One was supposed to have everything on it, the other everything but no Mayo. Unfortunately for us they both only had cheese on it. None had Chile or Mayo.
And to top of the experience; Rude Customer Service: I asked for extra Red Salsa for my Tacos because usually I drown my food in Salsa. The lady at the counter stated “I gave you a lot”. Proceeded to open my bag of food that was originally sealed, and repeated “Yeah, you have enough”. When I finally got home to open it there were 6 Salsas for 8 Tacos. Hmm…if asked was it enough, it indeed was not.
Overall, it’ll be a once and done trip for us.

We ordered taco meals that came with your choice of meat. The meals came with rice and refried beans. It was very good. But the young lady that took our order was not friendly nor warm to us. She smiled and was friendly to only Mexican customers. It’s sad that we are still experiencing this type of behavior in the 20the century. Business owners should be way more concerned with the value of their service and quality of food. We are spending money just like everyone else. It’s the customers that keep business open not a color of skin or culture. I won’t be back.

Ngl the atmosphere has been better than the actual food last week had hair in my tamales but they refunded no problem, so I decided to give them another chance…The young lady taking my order messed up tremendously (long story)but brought it back and they supposedly fix it to damn near give me jerky meat. Nasty, we moved to the area and so far have NOT found a real decent Mexican restaurant.This restaurant looks fine but the food is horrible. We went earlier and not only did the tacos have almost no meat, but the meat (steak) looks like it was chewed then put on a tortilla. We ordered Al Pastor as well and I cannot describe how nasty it smells, good thing I only got 2 since I had to throw them out. The seasoning smells so bad and it’s like gunk was added to the meat and call it a day. It’s a shame this place sucks. As a Mexican myself I say this place is completely nasty. And overpriced. I will not be going back here even if I got paid. I’m very disappointed at this place. Unless you are desperate then go for it as for me I will just go to taco bell next time.
