Dropped by on a Friday. Place wasn’t packed but had constant customers rolling in and out. The parking was a bit tight even for a sub compact car.

How have I not left a review yet? Because this place is a Blu3 Diamond in the rough. Excellent and delicious, high quality treats served with such ease and without that modern hassle of tip iPads and review receipts. Make a stop here and experience possibly San Lorenzo/Hayward/San Leandro’s most uniquely authentic, fun and flavorful take on Mexican cuisine to date!

Gotta say that the hype was too real to be true. It has all the components of a taqueria, but the sazón simply was not there. That’s in reference to the meats and salsas. The tortillas are more toasted than fried, which made them chewy. They use red onion instead of white–maybe for aesthetics? The red onion is too strong of a flavor and by the end it’s all I can taste. But that’s also because the meats didn’t stand out, and neither of the salsas or cosumé helped.
The torta was decent, and the steak fries looked good. The aguas frescas were crazy sugary too. But if you’re in it for tacos, look elsewhere. Full credit for service and atmosphere.

This place is great. The place is decked out with Lucha Libre decor everywhere. There’s even masked luchadors working the kitchen. All the food looks good and the quesadillas even have little faces on them!! The best part is the have the al pastor roasting fresh on the spinner.

Honestly, the decorations are cool and the place looks nice on the inside. I ordered one steak taco and one chicken taco. The steak was very greasy as well as cooked very hard. The chicken was not that good either.
