I came here with some friends and found the amount of vegan options to be really great! There were many different options of a protein to add to tacos, burritos, etc. I had a burrito with the brussels sprouts and it was delicious. Just asked for it to be made vegan and there was no issues. I’d definitely come back and try more of the options such as beyond “meat”, roasted corn and peppers, or crispy avocado.

I had two tacos, guacamole, and a bottled Coke. The total was over $18, reaching over $20 with the tip. It felt a bit expensive for what I got—I wish it were slightly more affordable!
The staff were very kind and gave detailed explanations of the menu. The interior is nice too; the wall lights are cute, and there’s plenty of seating, making it good for groups.
One thing that felt a bit off was the music. Even for someone in my late 30s, the playlist felt pretty dated. It didn’t quite match the cute decor—it just felt a bit behind the times.

Had a great experience at Tacoria! The food was fresh and full of flavor, and everything came out fast. Keily was especially awesome — super friendly, made great recommendations, and made the whole visit even better. The Brussels Sprouts and chorizo combination on a burrito were delicious! The habanero sauce is a must try.

Holy cow. Home run! Delicious. Fast. Great value! Where was this place when I lived here? I would have eaten lunch here several times a week! Fresh food, perfectly cooked. Service was friendly and efficient. Ate in, but lots of take out flying out the door. A perfect place for a delicious lunch! Al pastor and chorizo were stand outs, and the horchata didn’t disappoint. In-house made sauces of various styles to compliment every one. Thanks everyone for an outstanding meal!

This is a great taco place with flavorful al pastor tacos prepared with love. They had 4 different options for sauces, I tried 2, which were pretty good. Kind of pricey, $22 for 3 tacos and a Jarritos, but this is also in the heart of downtown Princeton, so not unexpected.

When I went for food after my shift today, was so tired and only want to decompress and nothing made me so energetic and positive that being here. Love the place, nice decoration and great team, food was pretty decent and definitely good team environment. Nubia was so helpful and made me feel even better my day after helping me with my order. Tacoria is hands down one of my favorite spots. Always the spot I recommend to anyone going to Princeton and loves tacos. The food is always on point — fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving. The vibe is fun and welcoming without feeling forced, and every time I go, it just feels like a good experience all around. The music they play really pulls the whole vibe in.
And I have to mention Keily because she truly makes it even better. She’s the kind of person who remembers you, checks in, and makes sure everything’s right without you even having to ask. It doesn’t feel transactional — it feels genuine. Her attitude, her work ethic, the way she handles everything so smoothly… it makes a difference.
Tacoria is already great, but having someone like Keily there really sets it apart. You leave full and in a better mood than when you walked in — and that says a lot.

The place and experience was amazing. I got the Burrito Box, and a side of the nachos. Both were cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor in it. If they weren’t so filling I’d order more. The manager Keily was very helpful and professional. She greeted me with a smile and made sure I received my order in a timely fashion. Will def be back soon and will recommend to any hungry friends.

Tried a 3 taco assortment (Al Pastor, Carne Asada, Pollo Asada) and they were all EXCELLENT. The Habanero salsa was so good we asked if we could buy a bottle of it (we couldn’t).
The corn tortillas were clearly homemade.
Everything was excellent.
The inside is a little small, but it has a really nice atmosphere.
Definitely recommend a stop here if you’re in town.

They always do a great job here. It’s always really busy but you wouldn’t know it, because the wait isn’t long at all. Every time I come they know my order and are extremely friendly and helpful. Autumn always takes care of us and makes us feel like it’s a small family owned business which isn’t as common as you would think in Princeton!
