If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place is just the best. We have tried other brunch places in metro Detroit but we always find ourselves comparing it to Lucky since they set the standard. Their ownership, staff, and food are all excellent. They treat you with kindness and respect and make you feel like family. The place is clean, and most importantly the food is made with love and is fresh. Their menu is well designed, food appearance and preparation is amazing, and they do a nice job of trying to accommodate people with Gluten allergies as well. We always cant wait for the next time to eat here. Thank you Lucky, for providing a great place to eat breakfast & lunch and not succumbing to low quality food like so many other restaurants and competitors! Highly recommend the triple meat skillet as pictured!

First, let me say, everything about Lucky Brunch was AWESOME. We showed up with a party of 7 and had 2 extra people (and a baby) show up last minute- even with how busy the place was, they managed to accommodate more seating for us. The wait staff were extremely friendly, and the food was top notch! The portions were large and the prices were reasonable.

A colleague and I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. If you go during lunchtime, be prepared for a wait—but we decided to try breakfast instead. It was still busy, but we were seated right away. You could tell this place stays in demand; the takeout orders were lined up across the counter, and drivers were constantly coming in and out picking up orders.
Our food arrived hot and fresh. My vanilla cappuccino was the perfect start—smooth, tasty, and set the tone for the rest of the meal. I ordered the #3 breakfast with bacon, eggs, hash browns, and wheat toast, and everything was cooked just right. My friend had the breakfast burrito and said it was amazing.
Service was great from start to finish. Overall, a solid breakfast spot that clearly has a loyal following. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food, excellent cappuccino called Teddy Bear. Quality of food was worth the wait (40 m during prime-time for brunch on a Sunday). Elisa J was excellent helping our table with a toddler-they do have high chairs. Note there is a small seating area.

So this is our favorite breakfast & lunch place love the food, the service and atmosphere. Today i had gyros made with grilled chicken, the best I’ve ever had! And we lived in Chicago for 20 years. We really feel like this is our 2nd. Home! Sometimes twice a week! Much love to the staff!

Service and vibes were great! Ordered the berry French toast and the cinnamon pancake and they were amazing. The sides are where the food quality went down. The hashbrowns were not seasoned at all and were mushy and needed flavor. Grits were okay but not great. Would come again for main menu items but would stay way from sides that are overpriced and underseasoned

Very Enjoyable Spot! Our servers were awesome. The women who took our order was very helpful, patient, and pleasant. All of her recommendations were spot on. The chicken strips were well seasoned. I asked for my waffles to be crispy and that’s what I got. The rest of our dishes were really good and I would recommend them. See the pictures. This place is very popular with takeout orders.
