Excellent tacos! Husband and I got the birria and shrimp tacos, elote, and drinks. Everything came out quick and fresh. Complimentary chips and salsa also seemed house made. Bit on the pricier side, but nothing too crazy.

Food was fire. It took us 5 minutes to get seated. Another five to get waters. We ordered our drinks when we ordered our food. Had to ask for our drinks because they have came once the food got here. Food was so good tho. Doesn’t make up for the fact they need to be staffed more. Also someone was allowed to bring their dog in???

Let’s share our experience since we visited for the first time.

Food: The food was incredible! Although it was a bit overpriced, we truly enjoyed everything we ordered. I even forgot my takeaway plate! ‍♀️

Service: Upon entering, we didn’t realize it was self-seating. We weren’t greeted, and if we hadn’t asked questions, we might not have known this was an option. Our server was somewhat unhelpful; whenever we had a question, he tended to walk away. We requested a few additional items but never received them. Additionally, when we attempted to split our bill, he handed us the receipt and stood there for a moment before walking away again.

Atmosphere: The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. We noticed that the staff were eager to assist other customers upon their arrival, but our experience was quite the opposite. It’s unfortunate that this happened during our first visit, and it may very well be our last.

That said, you could have a better experience than we did.

Quick bites before concert at Severance Hall. Fast-food level food. Sides are salty. Service is quick though.

Probably the best part of this place is the atmosphere. Other than that the food is just okay and the price is a little expensive. Probably won’t go back because there are other better Mexican restaurants out there.

Ordered take-out barbacoa tacos – which is listed on their menu to include “Spicy shredded beef, adobo sauce, queso fresco, onion, cilantro, corn tortillas”… paid nearly $15 and arrived home to these sad shells with meat alone.

Margarita was great. Food was okay. Elote corn had good spices and cheese on it, but the corn was soggy like it’d been hanging out in water way too long. Place was 62° according to the thermostat on the wall which makes it not a superb experience in January when it’s well below freezing outside.

I’m not going to say it’s overpriced because I know restaurants run on thin margins, but the value for the food and overall experience just isn’t there in my opinion.

Truly great authentic Mexican tacos! We had the Mexican Street Tacos and the El Pastor, both were amazing but definitely try the medical street tacos! Good prices for lunch and a HUGE tequila selection. If you’re a taco fan, check this place out! PS: the bartender, Jesús, was terrific.
