I never got her name but whoever did this cup deserves some recognition didn’t even mobile ahead order it either they were a tad bit busy and she decorated this with MUTIPLE!! She spent a lot of time on it though 🙂

I came here a couple months ago and forgot to leave a review. I am a Starbucks barista myself and I have a particular drink that very few people get right. I rarely ask for it if I’m not at my home store with a co-worker who knows how obnoxious I am. Anyways, I was really craving it on the way home and stopped into Birch Run Starbucks within the last 20 minutes of closing. They were super nice and didn’t make me feel rushed out even though I try to avoid going in so late usually. I forgot the guys name that made my drink, but it was PHENOMENAL. I was really ready to be let down and just chug it for caffeine and instead I enjoyed every sip on the way home. On top of that, the few times I’ve ordered from this store it’s always been a good experience with the customer service (both before they know I’m a partner and after).

I usually love Starbucks and order ahead through the app to make things easier, especially since my drink is a bit complicated. Today, I placed my order in advance and got in the drive-thru line, only to be told to pull around and wait because I “didn’t give them five minutes.” I wasn’t rude or rushing anyone, I just used the app like it’s designed to be used.
It’s frustrating to be treated like an inconvenience when I was actually trying to be efficient and considerate. If I had ordered directly through the drive-thru, the drink would’ve been made on the spot. I hope this location can work on consistency and tone, customers using mobile orders shouldn’t be punished for doing things the right way.

I ordered through the app which I do a lot and it said it would be ready in 22 minutes and we waited in the Togo line that whole time. When we got to the window the barista said we only have one thing ready for your order with an apple juice in his hand. I asked how much longer it would take for our order and they told me that they were backed up and behind again I asked how long until the order is done? They had a hard time communicating with each other to tell me a time it would take to complete our drinks. Once I finally got the drinks my milk was over steamed. There was a sign on the door that said there was a 25 minute wait so they should have turned off the app ordering.

Ordered ahead cause the line backs up to the road comes in 2 ways and the drive thru can take up to 30min. App said drinks would be done in 15min. Showed up at the time drinks were to be done and they hadn’t even started making the drinks. So ended up waiting another 15 minutes anyway. Just too slow at this location compared to most other locations.

Horrible experience with Maggie, I got a drink 4 days ago a vent iced Chai, it was messed up the person told me come back within the week that was their literal words within the week I came back 4 days later and they refused to replace it thru drivethru, in Had to come inside and then they give me the smallest size when I had paid for a vent and I hate having to argue with people or cause a problem, I don’t even like sing that there’s a problem with my food or drinks, but then One time I do Finally bring it to their attention that they messed my drink up. Because they’ve messed it up before and I just let it go for her to treat me like that is crazy. And then she very rudely said Goodbye. Super rude it wouldn’t have been a big deal if somebody would have just told me I had only 72 hours. I don’t ever wanna come back to the Starbucks again.It’s only ever been problems

Ordered a strawberry acai and was given barely any syrup in it. Basically just straight water. Never really had a problem with this location besides small mistakes. Very upset that I paid $6 for water with a drop of syrup
