The staff here was very disrespectful. When I approached the counter to check the menu and order food, two employees (2 girls) told me they were closed and refused to serve me. However, just 2 minutes later, they accepted orders from other customers right in front of me. They accepted orders from others and served food to them within 15-20 minutes.
I was traveling internationally and had been on the road for about 33 hours. Our bus stopped here around 2:00 AM, the place was open, and they were serving food- yet I was specifically turned away.
I’m Asian, and based on how differently I was treated compared to others moments later, this experience felt discriminatory. I would not suggest anyone to get food from them!

I got 2 al pastor tacos and im not so serious when I tell you there was barely any meat on them at all. I was so disappointed when I got home. And the price for that is crazy. There’s way better taco trucks for better prices.

Ordered a veggie burrito because I dont eat meat; burrito had steak on it. Nachos tasted like cheap basketball game nachos and were cold and soggy because they did not put the cheese on the side. Always something made wrong when I order from here which is disappointing because when its good its good. Also did not label any of the orders we had to cut open and guess. Will not be getting anymore.

Service a little slow but it’s fresh and it’s a food truck so it’s ok. The torta is superb but the customer service sucks. They could be nicer and not so untitled. The prices are high but for that torta, it’s worth it.. customer service is everything though so i might go back 3 more times then stop.
The torta is that good to me.
Update idk what I said before but they customer service REALLY SUCK. To be a taco truck and OVERCHARGED is crazy to not be nice to your customers. Do better not going anymore.

My review is like a few others. The food tastes okay but they are ripping off their customers in how they charge us. In August 2025, they have blacked out the prices on their menu so you have to ask how much each item is and if you don’t, then who knows. I paid $19.54 for 3 asada tacos and 1 eloté (the corn ) The tacos were $3.50 each. They gave me lots of steak and their sauce is tasty. I didn’t ask about the corn unfortunately and that’s where they got me. Even with the increased cost of mayo and cheese, it shouldn’t cost $7.00 for one Mexican corn on the cob. If you look at past photos, they had prices listed earlier this year. Taco Time food truck is a tasty late night alternative, but BUYER BEWARE. I won’t support them again. I’ll drive the extra miles to another taco truck that doesn’t practice price gouging. SHAME ON YOU DOWNTOWN TACO TIME FOOD TRUCK. Shame on me for allowing myself to get ripped off for corn on the cob, mayonnaise, Mexican Oaxaca cheese and Tajin seasoning.

Decent food. I spent $29 on 3 steak taco and 1 corn. I almost walked away. Will not be going back unfortunately. The cost Vs Restaurant cost, do not compare. Restaurant, I pay $12 for 3 taco and rice. Very expensive! Not reasonably priced.
