We have been long-time Taco Time lovers (seriously since the early 80s) and of all the Taco Times we frequent, this one is our favorite. The food is always hot and the service is very friendly. We love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathrooms. If you need a quick bite in Kelso, stop here!

I went through the drive-through so can’t give any details about the inside. What I can tell you is that the service is friendly and the food is so good!
I ordered the Pinto Bean Rolled Taco, the Tots, the Spicy Sauce and a Coke Zero = you know to make up for some of those calories. lol. Their spicy sauce compliments both the tots and the rolled taco – while everything is delicious on its own, that sauce takes it to another level!

This is my go to location traveling North/South on I5 (no Taco Time NW in my area). Food is always pretty good, and I appreciate having a quick healthier options. But it is fast food/quick serve and things are kind of as expected service/atmosphere wise. I know I always have to double check my order before leaving to make sure I have everything, things are correct. Staff have been friendly or flat, sometimes clearly stressed/rushed. Interior was simple, clean but kind of loud. Bathroom was tidy upon last use.

This is the second time in the past three weeks I have ordered crisp been burritos through the drive at this location and have asked them to be extra crispy. They are NOT! What I received is a oily mess that is completely uncooked. The soft taco meat is cooked but when you sit down after receiving your oder it is all ready cold. I have complained multiple times about this issues with a response that everything is at proper temperature. When asked for a return they cop and attitude. I have never received this bad of service from any other Taco Time NW location. Who ever is managing this particular location needs better customer service training as well as the other staff.

I love the inside, really gives you a glimpse into Mexico. The mexi nuggets are delicious. The only downside to the one person bathroom is I really had to go but my brother was taking forever in there blowing it up. Very Mexican lights. 5 stars.

Wow, they have little tubs of the taco and hot sauce. That’s why I like this place instead of those cheap crappy little packets that have nothing in it. Their burritos are big. The Oregon City taco time is garbage compared to this place. Good job keep up the hard work bean and cheese burrito with extra beans on a wheat tortilla is where it’s at

Unfortunately, our experience at Taco Time NW was disappointing. The staff seemed a bit confused while taking our order and ended up getting it wrong, though we did not say anything as we were already tired from traveling. The food itself was quite poor and had an unpleasant smell, which made it hard to enjoy. While the restaurant appeared clean, the overall experience felt like a waste of money. Sadly, I would not recommend eating here.

Longview location got 5 stars and if i didn’t know better I’d think Kelso location was run differently. $15 wasted. Guacamole tasted like it had a bottle of cumin dumped in it. The chicken Caesar soft taco had no Caesar dressing and the chicken was hard as if it had been sitting there all day. It was 5:47 PM when I ordered so food should have been fresh. The hot sauce is different now that it’s in a different package too. Mexi fries over cooked, mostly edible but not fantastic. Skip Kelso, go to Longview.

Worst EVERY!!! My daughter ordered a….I quote exactly…..”a beef soft taco, no tomato.” They gave her a natural soft taco. So we go and tell them, we ordered a regular soft taco, no tomato. She doesn’t like the beans. Then they bring her ANOTHER natural soft taco, minus the beans. I get back in like and say I will happily pay for a regular soft taco….beef, no tomato. She was a royal witch and said she will just make her another one. Her attitude was rude beyond belief. So, when we leave, I go and thank her for making it right and she LITERALLY jerks her nose into the air, turns around and stomps off into the back. Never, ever, ever have I been treated in that manor. We owned a business with 85 employees. NEVER would I have allowed our employees to act that way. I would fired them on the spot had they acted in that manner. I will be calling the manager Monday morning! Never under any circumstances go to that Taco Time. What a shame. I have always been excited to stop there.
