The employees are always very friendly. Food is great! I live near here and visit often. I honestly don’t think they have ever messed up my order. We order for 2 and we get various things, never a mistake! Their guacamole is really good too!

I’ve been eating Taco Time NW for over 30 years I love love love it. It’s my comfort food. I don’t think I’ve ever had issues with any locations but the Rucker location is one of the best. Very well managed. The workers have a great attitude and they’re always hard at work when I come in. They always come check on me if I’m waiting for my pickup I’m always early. Anywayyyyy they deserve an award if you have one. They really pay attention to my order and are just genuinely nice people.

I recently ordered through Ubereats and the order notes were totally missed. Asked for no beans in the Casita Burrito, there were beans in there. I know that mistakes happen, but sometimes mistakes can’t happen, like in the case of food allergies. So, those notes should be paid better attention to, especially since you have to go through a CALL CENTER to contact the restaurant…

I came in with my colleague after a long early morning for the whole team. My colleagues were starving and because we had a very productive day, my manager wanted to buy lunch. Back at the office we were throwing around ideas on where to go. We narrowed it down to Mexican food and then our star colleague brought up Taco Time. Two of us went to Taco Time and I begged my friend that we split the bill instead of him paying for it because Taco Time is more expensive than other places. We made our separate orders, each of us covering 50% of the team. I placed an order for 3 beef crispy burritos and 1 chicken crispy burrito. I sat on the bench, looked at the receipt and noticed the price on the receipt didn’t match the menu price. For a moment I thought it was some sort of possible military discount, but then realized I was charged for tacos and not burritos. I assumed I may have been the one in error and misspoke about my order. I was getting up to make an additional order because I didn’t want to disappoint my colleague at the office when Stacy showed up with a huge smile. She was very friendly and verbally confirmed the order on the receipt as she handed it to me. I didn’t want to tell Stacy a mistake was made because it could have and probably was my own. I was going to make another order for the burritos and my colleague said, “Tell her what happened.” I told Stacy I wasn’t sure what happened, but I thought I ordered burritos instead of tacos. Stacy took charge like a 5 star restaurant and made everything right immediately. I haven’t witnessed this kind of customer service in like 10 years. Stacy, I assume the manager, is a perfect example on how customer retention is made. I’m so impressed by the service that I’ll always come back because I appreciate smile, welcoming demeanor, and her ability to make the last impression perfect, even though I may and probably was the one who made the mistake in the first place. This chain should make her a regional manager.

Easily the best fast food joint around, in every way. It’s fresh, delicious, and the employees are always super nice. They even give your dog a lil biscuit! Who does that any more?!

Ive been coming here for years and today for some reason I ordered wrong. I had no idea I had ordered a mini meal. Lady at the window seemed stressed that the line was building and I was willing to pay for the full size meal but she did it for free. I want to apologize again for my miss ordered items and adding to the stress. And thank her for making it right.
