I would give taco time a 5 I love taco time but their automated system is so bad. Gives you 6 option the 6th being press 6 for all other inquires. I pressed that and it says “you have made and invalid selection” I just wanted to tell the store to delay making my order for like 10 minute simple request but I can’t get ahold of the store because of the extremely dumb phone system. Automated phone systems are bad but being completely unable to reach the store is mega bad

Taco Time never disappoints! I’ve been to this location twice and both times we were served quick and the food was hot. Seems busy in the drive through but the sit down area is usually empty and is always clean. Friendly staff as well. I always go for the two tacos and their hot sauce is chefs kiss. I need to buy the bottle for home!

I recommend if you have like a special order that you want to add cheese to something. You go inside the store to do the order and double check the receipt and have them read it back to you to make sure that they do what your requested. Instead of making things up like no burrito sauce. When you never said nothing about burrito sauce or lack thereof

Best fast food option, in my opinion. Got the enchilada plate/combo inside, and it came on a glass plate! The service was cheerful and helpful. Super clean inside, and I love that Taco Time NW cares about local ingredients and compostable utensils!

Ordered 3 chicken soft tacos, 1large tot and a crispy bean burrito. I live 3 blocks from store, so you would think my food would be hot or at least warm, this was not the case. Cold it was all cold. Server was making my order by the open window and it’s 59′ outside. Even the tots were cold. After spending over $30 for crap for food, and this wasn’t the first time, but it was the LAST!

I appreciate the varied vegan options available at NW Taco Time. The locations that I’ve been to have always been clean, kept, good service and good tasting food with clean ingredients.
However, this review is to specifically highlight the churros available at all of the NW Taco Time locations. They are really amazing, 100% vegan with clean ingredients, made by a local company in Edmonds, Alberto’s Churros. The churros have the perfect combination of being crispy, chewy and sweet. You get two churros per order so you can share with a friend (or just lie and hide the 2nd one for later 🙂 ).
If you weren’t aware of these churros at NW Taco Time, now you know, go run out and grab you some! 🙂

The Enchilada Platter was pretty good and the serving size for the price was very reasonable. My only gripe was the crispy taco. For some reason the ground beef in the taco was extremely salty(and I love salt!) I wouldn’t order another taco. The individually wrapped cookies shouldn’t even be sold at a restaurant because vending machine cookies taste better than those.

This was my first time eating at Taco Time ad I have from the east coast. The food was served fresh and hot here with. Smile from the cashier. I enjoyed my food and would return again. I reccomend this place for a fast bite to eat!

We picked up an order to go today. I ordered 2 Baja fish tacos. We live less than a half mile away. The fish tacos we extremely dry and difficult to bit into. And they were extremely cold. I will be contacting the manager and the corporate office tomorrow.. 1 star!!!
