This is definitely my favorite place to go! I love eating here the staff are always so accommodating, welcoming and respectful. The food is always amazing!!! Crystal is the best at making you feel good and always makes sure you’re happy. I can actually say nothing has been wrong with any of my orders, not one time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT PEOPLE!!!

I am so sad. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt because I thought it could just be a shift problem or maybe that day or something like that. But this is the 3rd time over the course of the last couple months that I have gotten two teeny teeny tiny tacos, and mexi fries for $15. I’m so bummed. I really like taco food, but I this is not a meal. Save your money.

I ordered four different items the other night with some being meals, and some not. After taking my order, with only 30 minutes before closing, Aaron didn’t just wave me forward to pay. Instead, Aaron took a beat and actually explained a new late night meal/deal they have going on and told me, item by item, what they were going to do and how it was going to make more sense on the cost. I got to the window and after doing the math, realized Aaron had saved me quite a bit of money by taking the time to provide me with quality customer service. No tricks, they were just very engaged in the interaction, far from my normal experience at a drive-thru.
This was, without question, the best and most attentive service I’ve received at a fast-food restaurant. Thank you Aaron!

If you’re craving something equal to Taco Bell from 25 years ago, this is the spot. More costly for sure, but the tacos are better across the board. Even my nephew was impressed with plain crunchy tacos, stating the meat was seasoned well and “not watery.”
The churro was also good, if a bit heavy as a follow-up to tacos.

I got home to find my bowl of chili was only filled halfway… I have purchased this item at least a dozen times and it has never been this low.
Taco Time is already a bit pricey for fast food, so shorting the portions is just disappointing. I have had other issues with product quality at this particular location in the past, and the other reviews show I am not alone. I’d recommend avoiding this location. Seems like there is no management.

I just purchased a chicken natural, 3 crisp burritos, and 2 crunchy tacos for over $36 and this is the taco unrapped. It gets worse, the person that wrapped the chicken soft taco needs to practice, 2 bites in and it completely fell apart. I’m pretty happy with my $36+ purchase.

Food was good, I ordered 1 large fry and 2 chirsp burritos. i didn’t get the 2 chirsp burritos, and ask for them and an old guy I’m assuming is a manager, gave them to me cold and acting like I was wasting his time. Like he has the customer service of a wet mop and when I’m eating I just hear him scream at his employees.

Has the Dept of Health visited lately? Why are there people in the cooking area wearing tank tops, hair down, sandals, maybe (hopefully?) not even employees? So many violations.
Food wasn’t ready after ordering through their app, employee presented annoyed that we were wondering where the order was.
