Food would be good if they could get your order right. Haven’t been through the drive through without something being messed up. Quite honestly everyone at night feels way too high on something. Have to repeat orders multiple times, they forget to give your card back or your drink. And something is always wrong on the orders. Food is always great! Window service is laughable. The ridiculousness honestly keeps me comming back

I’m really disappointed in Taco Time. I grew up eating at the taco time in Grangeville my whole childhood, then I came to Moscow and went to the one up here all the time. I only ever ordered off the value meal but they slowly raised their prices. I just got a soda and a taco and it was nearly 10 dollars, at taco time! I haven’t ate here in over a year and probably won’t ever again. The taco Tuesday deal was two tacos for 10 bucks. The food wasn’t even that good!

During my stay in Moscow Idaho from 2000 to 2010, I and my family were regular customers of Taco Time in Moscow Idaho. Our all time favorite used to be crispy chicken burrito and tater tots. We miss these two items and we miss Taco Time.

I just got off the phone with Crystal, a supervisor at this Taco Time. I ordered the “3 for $6” deal today, and after they gave me my to-go order, I stayed for a couple extra minutes finishing something up before leaving. I heard Crystal say loudly to her employees that the day’s “daily special” was a better deal than the “3 for $6” deal. She instructed everyone to put in specifically what the customer asked for. “That’s the way we save a couple bucks,” she said. When I called and confirmed what the daily special was, and that she had said the comments above, she tried to get off the phone with me quickly. I said I was very surprised to hear this in a local Moscow business, as I am used to them being customer focused. She said the policy IS customer focused. When I asked her how, she said because they are giving the customer exactly what they ask for. I asked if that means she thinks customers want to pay MORE for their food. She told me “it’s a business.” At that point she said she didn’t want to argue with me and needed to go. I let her know I would leave her a review online. My burritos were delicious as usual, though.

They had me pull forward even though no one was behind me. The person taking my order didn’t pay attention to what I had said I wanted a side of chips and nacho cheese and I got shedded cheese melted on my chips. I also ordered a small stuff mexi fry but I got a medium and was charged for a medium. They also were not cooked fully they had white circles on them and were cold. I will not be coming back.

I grew up in a town that has a Taco Time I go to Taco Time whenever it’s available until today the attitude of the crew trainer and the amount of meat or lack there of more like a vegetarian Taco with a hint of meat and tortillas cold at least Taco bell serves them warm all I know is never again in Moscow Idaho and seriously 8 dollars for 2 Taco with no drink please bring back the 3 for 6

Stopped in here before going to the ren fair. Fully decked out in fantasy garb. The workers were great sports and super nice. Food was delicious and they got it out to us super quickly!
