Joplin MOSA was one of the cleanest and fastest restaurants I’ve been to. As soon as you walk in, you can tell how well they take care of the place everything looks spotless and organized. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The service was quick, but the food didn’t feel rushed at all. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Overall, it was a great experience clean environment, fast service, friendly people, and delicious food.

Some of the best food created! Super crunchy roll, all day, every day! Service is very good, staff friendly. Made fresh right there. Only draw back is when its cold, waiting on the food. Not a long wait, but longer than a person wants to spend twiddling thumbs. Lol.

A+ all around. This was my first time to order something from here. It was my wife’s third time. The glorious smell from here is truly worthy of hanging close by. Yes it’s a food truck. I just wish there was a free standing building to go inside and experience the nuances of MOSA. Thus the low score on Atmosphere.
Great service as our waitress/order taker was not only having to talk over what’s going on inside the food truck, but all the traffic noise. Again, wished they had a building to use to have customers seated and enjoy inside some sort of restaurant indoor quality.
Atmosphere definitely doesn’t take away from the food. This could be an addiction of sorts. Especially if you like/love Sushi and Asian cuisine.
I’m anxious to not get locked in a personal fave. Branch out and enjoy the other offerings presented. Certainly means we’re coming back. And not because my wife said so as we both love Asian food. Not good Asian food. Great Asian food MOSA for me and my wife is in the GREAT category. It’s definitely “fan-taste-ic” as I like to say with great BBQ we also enjoy.

Got the California sunset roll its by far the best sushi I’ve ever had crab meat Avacodo and cream cheese deep fried the cream cheese softens and it’s topped with eel sauce and yum yum sauce worth checking out

Me and my wife got a joplin roll and the shrimp hibachi. The shrimp was cold and with her being pregnant she cant eat any of it since it has to be fully cooked not that shes going to eat it after throwing up after biting into the shrimp. The Joplin roll was fantastic though.
