Taco Teresa’s is exactly what the name says. They excel in tacos, burritos, and fajitas. I will start off by saying you might have to clean the table you want to sit at because at busy times, they don’t have time it seems to clean. You order at the register, and someone brings out your super authentic Mexican cuisine. The chip bar and lots of salsa are available while you wait. They were very good chips and the variety of salsas didn’t leave you bored at all. They didn’t have fountain soda, so cans or Jarritos were the options. The Jarritos were a great option to go with the grub. The chicken fajitas were amazing. So much food. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The beans had a bit of zip to them, so be careful. The Chimichanga was again great. Everything tasted exactly like you would want them to and imagine real Mexican to taste like. My one problem was with the Pollo Tamlae. Tamales are my favorite food items, but theirs didn’t hit at all. The corn meal was extra dry, and there was little to no chicken in the tamale. It was a complete letdown. It was ultra bland and for the cost, not even close to worth it. The Churros were what you thought they’d be. I recommend everything but the Tamale. Go have a quick bit at Taco Teresa’s. You won’t be let down.

The food is tasty. The nacho supreme was a bit soaks, didn’t drain the ground beef or the lettuce, could Nour tell where the water came from. They have a cool salsa bar with a variety of dips for complimentary chips with your meal. The store closes at 9PM. I arrived at 8:38 which seemed to interrupt their closing cleanup. It took 10 minutes to get an order of nachos while they continued to sweep the floors in and around me, break down the salsa bar and set chairs up on the tables. Not a real welcoming environment to eat.

Street tacos are really good. Food is tasty and flavorful. Chips and salsa is self serve. Interestingly a few different sauces/dips are available along with salsa. I loved the green chili sauce.

Beautiful restaurant. The inside is so bright and clean it is refreshing. They also installed a beer wall and a chips and salsa wall, wonderful additions. The only reason for 3 stars was the food quality wasn’t the same as the past visits. The steak was dry, the other meats we had lacked seasoning. Also we ordered to elotes and the people in my group who ate them literally spit it out, they complained of the corn tasting disgusting like it was watery and been sitting in water or something all day. The employees there were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return because my first visit the food tasted a lot better hopefully they just had an off day today. Either way it is worth a visit if you are visiting the ridgedale mall or anything nearby. It is pretty pricey. Just myself and my daughter was $50. My friend, his girlfriend and 3 kids (2 being kids meals) was almost $100.

The ceviche if flipping phenomenal. Also, unlimited chips and salsa 10/10. Wasn’t sure if I was in Mexico or Minneaota.

First experience – I had it delivered to my workplace. First impression was I thought it had great presentation! Very clean, didn’t look slopped together. The food tasted very good. I had 2 American Style Tacos, Mexican Style Rice and a side of cheese sauce (your order includes free chips!). And I thought the food was very reasonably priced. Second experience – my husband and I ate in the restaurant. Ordering was quick and staff was very friendly. This time we opted for entrees and I had the Chimichangas and my husband had the Lindos Special. Again – everything was plated very well and tasted amazing! They have a great salsa bar and self serve chips.

I keep coming back for their great vegetarian Street Burritos, but they have a wide menu of entrees. I had to ding them for atmosphere because they basically don’t have any: but I figure it’s Minnesota-tidy to draw in shy customers intimidated by a rich atmosphere. But get some take-out and you’ll want to come back again and again.

Had three of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Seriously. Steak, steak pastor, and Barbacoa… All packed with meat and very tasty. And I went before 5:00 so all three only cost me a little over $7 with tax. Excellent!

I had takeout one evening after a meeting. (My wife and I have had lunch here together a couple times before.) The service is friendly and the burritos are good for dining in or taking out. The NFL Draft Day was on TV the last time I was here. We have since eaten at Taco Teresa’s again with our children who were visiting from New York. There are now birria dishes on the menu.
