For weeks now there has been a sign up that says no shopping carts allowed in the subway. The entire point and convenience of having this Subway location inside of a Walmart is that as we’re leaving the checkout after buying groceries it is very convenient for the family to quickly get delicious Subway sandwiches and that head to the car. The very idea that somebody has put up this sign is definitely stopping your customers and potential customers from buying Subway so when your sales go down and you finally notice that the sales are going down in this location you’ll understand that this stupid handwritten sign is the reason why your business is failing. I don’t know who made this decision or this handwritten sign but I was told that Walmart managers commanded Subway employees to put this sign up good luck with your franchise if you expect customers to leave a shopping cart with hundreds of dollars of groceries fully unattended just so they can buy a sub or if you expect grocery Shoppers to go all the way out to their car unpack everything and come back in to get a sub it’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not return to this Subway until this sign is removed.

Had a mobile order last night. They got it completely wrong. Added roast beef olives and honey mustard. Which is not what I ordered. Tried to call three times that night and no one answered. Called in the morning no answer. Called again at 5:30pm no answer. Go back to the store which is 20 minutes out of my way. Miserable woman at the counter refused to do anything even with receipt and proof. Said we’d have to drive another 20 minutes out of the way (40 total) tomorrow to talk to the manager. Absolutely miserable rude and nasty. Would never recommend anyone to here ever. Hope she loses her job. Good riddance.

My family and I came after shopping to get dinner. There was no one at the counter when we arrived and when we rang the bell no one came out so we went around to look if anyone was there and they said they would be out in ten minutes so we waited. While we were waiting we noticed how filthy it was behind the counter. The 2 employees then started peeking out from the back every couple minutes and going back like they didn’t want to wait on us. Finally one of them came out only to walk past us get a cart and go back saying they weren’t going to wait on us for another 30 minutes. They didn’t give any explanation why when I asked why they told us to wait 10 minutes when all they had to say was they weren’t open or whatever the reason was. Extremely terrible customer service or lack of I should say. I’m giving one star because I have to. Not because I want to.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff. I was told I needed to speak up instead of being asked to speak louder. The cashier said my card declined when I never physically used one and talked to me like you would child. Not how paying customers should ge treated.

This location is the worst I’ve ever been to.. staff is extremely rude they don’t help without an attitude and says they close at 10pm and literally they close everything starting at 9 sometimes..someone seriously needs to do something about this location

This older lady helped me and she was incredibly rude and dismissive, after i told her what bread i wanted she asked me “what do you want” i couldn’t hear her and asked her to repeat the question she laughed in my face and said it again in a rude tone. I understand it’s fast food and i wasn’t expecting the best service, but a little friendliness should be standard. I have experienced this behavior from that specific lady multiple times.

This was the worst Subway experience I’ve had in over 42 years. An employee who said his name was Max (short Black man with facial hair) was totally unprofessional and discourteous. He had a chip on his shoulder from the get go then it was all downhill from there. My wife and I ended up walking away due to losing our appetite. Horrible

The management is absolutely TERRIBLE HERE! Bugs flying around everywhere and ingredients look expired. I came for a sandwich on 7/14 at 7PM and I get there and the gate is closed! Online and on the wall it says 9pm is when it closes. They make up their own hours here, terrible service and terrible management skills!

I have been here twice now. Both times Jeff has waited on me and has done an amazing job. The first time he was all alone cause someone called in. He was backed up but still was very polite and had a smile and a great attitude. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Thank you again for an amazing experience this is my new go to subway and I live in Highland twp.
