Despite countless drives through Murfreesboro, a modest spot eluded my attention until recently. This unassuming locale, now a cherished discovery, redefines the Murfeesboro taco experience. Allen, the main point of contact, greeted me with an infectious enthusiasm, ensuring every detail of my order was perfect. The value is undeniable: tacos at $2.25 and plates ranging from $9.50 to $13.00—exceptional prices for the quality and quantity offered. My initial order included three Chicken Street Tacos and three Chorizo Street Tacos, enhanced with grilled jalapeños and onions. Allen’s attentiveness extended to providing a beeper for convenience during the brief 10-minute wait. The aroma alone was a testament to the culinary artistry within. The tacos were a symphony of flavors; the chicken was cooked to perfection, and the chorizo was seasoned with an expert’s touch. It’s clear the cook here is a master of their craft, particularly with chorizo, which is my personal favorite. The experience was so memorable that I couldn’t leave without trying a “Custom” Chorizo Torta. I opted for my classic combination of cilantro, onion, cheese, lettuce, avocado, and, of course, lime. The torta was equally impressive, solidifying this spot as a must-visit. Beyond the exceptional food and prices, the vibe is undeniably welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to everyone and eagerly anticipate my return. This isn’t just a taco joint; it’s a culinary destination.

So, this is just a food shack with a few covered picnic tables, but if you are looking for authentic flavor, this is where it’s at! We tried lots of things…. asada tacos, pastor tacos, sopes, mulitas and a torta. They were all exploding with flavor! Even though we were full, we just wanted to keep eating, lol I wish this place was near my house, but then again, if it was, I’d be packing on the pounds!

From Drippy with TN Plumbing Solutions

Drippy rolled up to the Taco Station for a quick bite between jobs — and let me tell you, these tacos hit harder than a busted pipe under pressure!

Fresh ingredients, fast service, and flavor that’s off the charts. Elizabeth is always friendly, and you can tell she cares about what they serve. Perfect spot to grab a meal on the go after a long day of keeping Tennessee’s plumbing flowing!

Drippy gives Taco Station two thumbs (and a wrench) up!

This place is great for take out. The food is always fresh and hot. The price is also a good value for what you get. I order from this place about once a month. If you’re on the area, I recommend this if you’re craving Mexican take out.

The tacos are very good and the prices are great! The staff is very friendly. I got my order to go but next time I’ll eat there, the outdoor seating looks like a nice place to eat and hangout. Definitely a go to spot in Smyrna for Tacos.

Parking is dangerously bad here but the taco is so freaking good and the sauce is extremely spicy. I will definitely come by when the traffic is light.

Been coming here since they opened. The food, prices, and service are always excellent. My absolute favorite Mexican place in middle Tennessee. Highly recommend the sopes and the borrego.

Had been going here and getting impossible burritos for a while. Today I received steak instead of impossible, which is a bummer because I don’t eat meat or live close. When I asked for a refund the girl on the phone said she didn’t know how and was new. So unfortunate because this was one of my favorite spots. Now I won’t be returning.

If you you blink you will drive past it.

The flautas were good. The place definitely has its own vibe.

Seating was picnic tables all of which were covered. It next to train trains and when that train comes a rollin it’s loud.

Parking was non-existent as they are located on the end of a used car lot.
