Order chips with cheese pico on side. Got cold chips and cheese and pico just piled all over it. Got soggy beef tacos. Order a cherry it was so hard couldn’t even bite into it!! So disappointed! Yuck!

My mom went there for 4 tacos which is around 20 dollars, they got her order wrong and charged her for 65 dollars of steak fries. She immediately informed them of their mistake and they flat out refused to give her her order or refund her. FORCING her to take food she didn’t want and pay for it. Unfortunate… she loved taco star until now.

Little sticker shock, but you do get a lot of food. The carne asada fries are good, just not sure how much i paid??? i didn’t see prices, just ordered. Breakfast burrito and fries were $29. I hate drive through that ask for tips on cc machine. Not a fan at all. That’s why 3 stars. unless you are delivering to my home, etc. Drive thru is not a tipping business.

When they put fried food in their Styrofoam containers, it melts through. This is really really bad and toxic for your body. It’s happened more times than I can count. It doesn’t cost much to put a tinfoil liner inside. Please fix this, for all your customers.

The food came ICE COLD ❄️. THE CHEESE IN THE ENCHILADAS WAS NOT EVEN MELTED A LITTLE BIT IT WAS STILL IN FULL SHREDS. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE TOP THE SAUCE WAS SKIMPY. And that’s just the start. Does it hurt their feelings to heat up the food? As my grandson would say that’s disgustin’ NOT WORTH THE MONEY…. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH HIM HOW TO TURN ON THE STOVE OR THE MICROWAVE

The fact that this taco star is still running is kind of crazy. I just saw another review showing that they had metal in their food, about a year ago I ended up getting glass in my food. I called them and complain to them since I was working and already heading to my job site and they told me that I was making it up and to bring back the receipt, but they never give you receipts here last night my girlfriend ended up going to get me some food from them crazy how I gave them another chance and they messed up the order just don’t understand how multiple people complain about materials being in their food and if you’re not gonna get the order right then at least give your receipts. There are great Mexican drive-through greater than this.

They raised their prices on the breakfast burritos and now the burritos aren’t as big as they used to be. They used to be a good value, but not worth it anymore… not for $11.25 a burrito

Ordered a Bacon breakfast burrito, but was given a mashed potato burrito with cheese and hints of bacon. Worst burrito in my lifetime of ordering burritos. Won’t be ever going back to this Taco Star because multiple bad burritos before, but this one takes the trophy of bad.
