Traveling back home (Las Vegas) stopped here to try them out. No long wait, and customer service was cool,food came quickly and I enjoyed it ( 2 Carne asade tacos) when traveling thru Denver again. Wouldn’t hesitate to try some of their other menu items.

I have been to this location many times in the past and it used to be pretty decent. However, the past two or three times that I have been here the food has not been very good. I was there tonight and was disappointed yet again. I ordered the Colorado Burrito and the meat was barely warm, the cheese was not even melted and the tortilla was cold. In addition to them raising their prices, the quantity of meat has drastically decreased. It looks like they are now using the potatoes as fillers in lieu of a proper amount of meat. Not good. I will probably try out some of the other Mexican places in the area in the future. Their prices have increased and their quality has decreased. Good quality at a fair price will keep customers coming back. Unfortunately it is not this case at this location.

The breakfast burritos are amazing! Open 24 hours. Just prepare yourself for a wait. It’s so great it’s usually significantly busy. Especially after midnight. The wait can usually be seen going up and around the Arby’s nearby. Doesn’t seem to phase the workers at all, though. The food is still outstanding as is their customer service.

This place is usually a hit but sometimes they are just a little off. The staff is usually rushed but that’s what happens when you have a 24 hour business and hardly anyone else does. Be prepared to wait in line but it usually moves pretty quickly. It is worth it because even my least favorite dishes taste pretty darn good with the green salsa/Chile they add to every order . If your in the mood for drive through Mexican food and very little conversation/interaction with the staff, this is your place.

I don’t like this location due to the ppl hanging around the parking lot drinking and smoking. I want to order food and go. I don’t feel safe going to get food. Feels like a fight or shoot out will go down. The service time is super long. The drive thru is constantly packed and super slow and pick up window is worse. I think I’ll try another location from now on.

Besides my own carne asada fries this Taco Star is our go to restaurant when we’re in the mood. There’s a great reason why the line is so long (and we happily and patiently wait) it’s simply because the food here is amazing We only hope they find a way to serve faster maybe dine in, or two windows lol idk

I once found GLASS in my carne asada fries from here 🙂 i also tried asking the guy at the drive thru for my receipt and he threw it away. The line always takes forever and the service is always garbage.
