Drive thru order taker was rude. They forgot both the tacos for our enchilada dinners, forgot the side of salsa we ordered, both our drinks were wrong. Five out of 8 items were wrong. This location used to be great, fast, and accurate, seems not so much anymore.

Today my experience through the drive-thru was not very five stars at all. I would give it a zero if I could. The guy working the window hands me my sack and then I continue to sat there waiting for the rest of my food. For him to look at me for a response of why am I still sitting at the window with my reply. Still waiting for my drink and the rest of my food. With his response well I didn’t sack it. So I get my drink then I have to ask again for the rest of my food items which I get one and not the other. He was Rude to where he could have just got the items and I would have been on my way for him to help the next customer .So I guess I just drive off to go and enjoy what I do have since today was just too much work for them. Will I go back? Yes anytime soon probably not. Last time this happened the girl that was working at the window was pleasant and nice and apologized and she just got me the items that were missing. Maybe they should take a cue from her. I should have waited for my last food item, but was it really worth it for the hassle? Well I guess they did make money off of me today. A tip for rude service. To the guy in the drive-thru be better.

The drive speaker is not great. So there was some audio issues making ordering a little difficult. But you could coach the employees to read the order back. Lady in the window hands me my food before I pay, instead of driving off, I try to hand her my card. Then gets an rude with me when I ask her to add the drink that she missed on the order. Two large drink half full. Everyone has bad days for sure. But this is a little crazy and I’ll pass on going back.

I felt very unwelcome when I walked in and up to the counter. I was the only customer when I got inside and I was “greeted” by about 5 workers that went dead silent and silently stared at me for a good 15 seconds. I almost wanted to turn around and walk out I felt so uncomfortable. I was the first one to have to say something too. I said “hello can I make a to go order” and still everyone just stared in silence then finally a girl walked up to the register mean mugging me. I don’t know what I did, if they make everyone feel absolutely uncomfortable or what, but i definitely won’t ever go inside this location again. On the other hand, the food was great. The customer service though? Absolutely not.

I usually eat at one of the stores about once or twice a month. Who’s always been really really really really really really good. Staff is always very polite and friendly. On these days I’d like to try your chili. That’d be awesome if you could offer potato oles like Taco John’s did years ago that would be awesome.

I’m grateful for this place, as I can get some good eats at a great price. I usually make it over here about once a week, and I’ve been coming back for a couple of months, with no complaints. But today, though…today, whoever was in the kitchen…make sure you keep them. Give them a raise! They hooked it UP! Best $12 I ever spent!

Ordered 2 tacos and an iced tea. Forgot to tell them until I got to the window to make them with no sauce. They refused. Had to pay for 4 tacos. Seems like terrible customer service over $3.50.

Love taco shop. Considering how busy they were being next to the hospital they did a good job of getting my food out fast. Not the best taco shop I’ve had but pretty good.
