Edit for today 11/6 I went in today and there was no meat really and the meat they had had been sitting. I asked for steak and there was like 6 lil stale pieces sitting so I asked for steak on the other side and they had none. The girl told me to wait 3 min for it. The tall boy came and emptied that meat into a Togo order and added some fresh steak she had just cut. I was like wow that’s crazy. Not only that he was touching his mouth and nose while talking to the other girl who was preparing my bowl. The tables were dirty and as I was leaving another boy walked in and sat right down at the table that had all the crumbs and trash out on it. I would not ever place a Togo order here EVER.

Tonight the corn was crunchy, the white rice was not done it was so hard I had my daughter take it back and get brown, the cilantro was loud and strong the whole bowl tasted like hard, crunchy, onion and peppers. It’s never hot and fresh if you ask me. The first time I went they were out of everything and the girl in the line was so rude. Tonight I didn’t get fajita veggies only meat rice sour cream lite corn and lettuce. So idk WTH happened but they need to go easy on the cilantro and lemon juice. Tonight just did it for me! I’ll rather go to the other location off Coit! Good luck

This review is past due. I visit this Chipotle at least 2-3 times per month, sometimes more, and have never had a bad experience. The service is always friendly, and upbeat. They greet me when I walk-in, they’re always on point with portions and follow my directions for customizations. Tonight was no different. Jade (if I remember her name correctly) was friendly, and made sure I was satisfied with my order before she bagged it up. The young man who took my payment, thanked me for coming in and sent me on my way with a smile.
No restaurant is perfect, nor are the people who work there, but this spot is consistently solid, and they continue to earn my business every time I walk through the door.

We visited the first week of opening, so they had some rough spots. Workers working around each other in the assembly line, the cashier still learning the system. The food was very good. Like every other Chipotle, dining room tables needed attention. The fountain drink station was dirty, sticky, filled with napkins, straws, and lids as trash. Not good. The food was good, and we will visit again.

I am extremely disappointed with Chipotle Mexican Grill – Little Elm. Almost every time I visit — no matter the day or time — multiple food trays are empty. It feels like they are always out of something. Customers shouldn’t have to keep adjusting their order because basic ingredients aren’t available.
On top of that, the cleanliness is very poor. The counters are messy, the dining area is often dirty, and it doesn’t look like the staff is maintaining the place properly. It creates an unwelcoming and unhygienic environment.
The customer service makes the experience even worse. The staff members are frequently rude and act like they don’t want to be there. Instead of being helpful when items are unavailable, they seem irritated when you ask questions.
Most of the time, I end up wasting my time coming here. Either I leave without ordering or settle for something I didn’t want because so many items are unavailable. This location seriously needs better management, improved inventory control, and staff training on basic customer service. I will not be returning unless there are major improvements.

Wow. I’m a big chipotle fan but whoever is running this place needs to step it up and train their employees. This place was DISGUSTING. And every single item was low. The counter was full of food and grossness and then the guy threw my bowl straight into the grossness.

The night staff are always friendly when I arrive after work even tho it’s an inconvenience that I show up 30min before closing. Shout out to Yuliya and Jasmin amazing customer service. Highly recommended to dine with night shift ps. Everyone is cool just never asked names lol

First time I’ve went here (this location). They just opened a few months ago. Not trying to sound mundane, but, the food and service were great! However, I’ve always found them a bit over-priced for my taste. But, that’s just me! I’ll go back again.

I eat chipotle (a different location) several times per week. This is by far the worst service and food of any location I’ve been to. Rice is oil soaked and steak is salted to the point inedibility. The only thing worse was the service. Staff seems like they couldn’t care less. Won’t be back (shame since this location is closest to my house)
