Ive been to plenty places like this because the guys who work for me are mainly mexican. So they eat and cash checks and small mexican stores/restaurants like this. Worst experience ive had at any ive been to in over 7 years. The food looked good but no menu, no prices, and they make the most simple order wrong. I ordered 3 tacos with a side of rice and beans. The lady asked me what meat and I told her. They brought me 3 so called tacos with only the meat I chose and rice and beans on the taco not on the side. I explained it wasnt what I ordered and the lady who brought my food tried to make it out like it was my fault and I didnt order what I said I ordered. I told her what I ordered and how I explained I wanted the food and she didnt want to fix it only wanted to charge me more money. I told her I didnt expect it to come out with everything on the taco like Chipotle when I just wanted 3 regular tacos with the usual ingredients and a side of rice and beans. The tacos had no onions, cilantro, cheese just meat rice and beans. I mean who orders tacos like that anyway. Better off going to a actual Mexican restaurant that has menu, prices, better service, food quality, and can complete a simple order. I didnt order a buffet or anything complicated

I was disappointed with this this place. There were no menus, prices, or any way to see what food they were selling, which made ordering confusing and frustrating. I wasn’t sure what options were available or how much anything cost, so it felt very disorganized. The taco I ordered had almost no cilantro and no onion, which was surprising and disappointing. Overall, the experience felt chaotic, and I left feeling unsatisfied.

We enjoyed a nice breakfast with my father in law. He had a breakfast plate and hubby and I had breakfast tacos. I had nopales, bacon, potatoe, and egg, and barbacoa tacos. They serve you plenty of food. You also have to walk up and order at the counter. I’m not sure about the cost, because there is no menu posted. I’m not to fond of that, but to each his own. I would definitely go back when in the area.

However service was pretty inconvenient. It’s 2021, having cash as the only means of payment is unbelievable. We were on our way from houston to Dallas and needed a place to have a quick bite. We had ordered before we realized it was cash only. We didn’t have enough cash to pay for our meal so we ended up removing items so we could still get our food.
Please get a way for people to pay with card, most folks don’t carry cash especially traveling.

I only get their tacos and rice. It tastes really good. A bit pricey for even one taco but it’s good. There is other food, but every time I go there regardless of the time, the food looks old! Looks like it’s being reheated until it’s gone. The servers are nice though. Presentation is everything.

I’m no stranger to hispanic food, both good and bad. I keep low expectations for restaurants that serve “authentic” mexican food since I’ve been born and raised on some of the best that’s ever been made. This stuff here blew my mind! It was simple, but full of flavor, and the price was right. This was an absolute pleasant stop for me, and one I will make again when I’m in the area!
