This is my go to lunch place. I work overnight so and sometimes it’s easier to call an order in and pick it up.
My sweet chili boneless wings might as well have been naked and there was a French fry in the bottom under the naked chicken.
My pizza was burned on one side (I have already removed it and put in a separate container before I left the parking lot, so I don’t get a picture.
I’m probably gonna move my pizza night to Johnny’s Pizza.

We ordered a large cheese pizza and a personal pizza with veggies and pesto. They put pesto on the cheese pizza. Now a whole pizza is going in the trash and my 2 year old son has Nothing to eat for dinner because he refuses to eat something he doesn’t like. I tried calling to talk to someone about this order issue and to get a correct cheese pizza delivered. No one ever picked up the phone. I waited on hood for over 10 minutes for two times. No one ever answered. Absolutely ridiculous. I order pizza to be a convenient dinner, and this had turned into a headache.

Don’t bother trying to order extra cheese here. You’ll pay an extra $3 for absolutely nothing. They ignore any notes or reminders. Can’t reach the store by phone. Last delivery my order was 35 minutes late and they forgot my drinks and sauces. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience and I never got my sauces.

Pizza was ordered on line 1 topping (pepperoni). I had m ade the same order 2 other times and it was done properly. This time it was cheese no pepperoni
The store said no refund they did nothing wrong. I paid for pepperoni and didn’t get it. Very bad business practice. No apology was offered.

The food honestly wasn’t good. The order wasn’t correct but what we did receive wasn’t good. When I called to complain they acknowledged they don’t look at the special instructions and took no responsibility for the order being wrong. I told them the Grandkids wanted me to go to Marcos but I insisted on using Pizza Hut as my choice. Well that won’t be happening again. The place was actually not busy on a Friday evening. That should have been my first sign. Well maybe my second sign after my Grandkids saying not to go here. So sad what has happened to a once great restaurant chain.

I came through the drive thru Tuesday around 3pm at first my pizza was wrong . I asked if it could be corrected , the girl at the window had an attitude so I asked for a manager . The manager was really disrespectful about correcting my order. I wouldn’t recommend this store . This is the second time I had issues here I will not be coming back .
