Every visit to Taco Palenque is consistently a great experience, but Mary truly makes it exceptional. She is always incredibly attentive, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her warm attitude and genuine care for customers never go unnoticed. It’s rare to find someone who provides such consistently outstanding service, and Mary does it effortlessly every time. The food is always delicious, but the service, especially from Mary, is what keeps us coming back. Thank you for always making us feel so well taken care of!

I didn’t enjoy paying $22 for a small fajita plate and drink. Very little beef and my drink had an ice cube with a fly Frozen in it. Not an enjoyable experience. Then the manager made a face instead of doing the right thing To fix their problems. This is an example how Companies grow Faster than they can their own Maintain Quality and Safety standards.

Just left at 8:00 PM and had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding. I especially loved the Pirata Tacos it’s a must try they were a highlight! Definitely five stars.

I ordered a ceaser salad with fajita the vegetables old and disgusting the lettuce was browning and the more you dig in the bottle the browner the lettuce is sorry it’s not worth it

Excellent place to eat. Everything is always clean, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the service is fast. You can tell the staff really makes an effort to treat customers well and make you feel welcome.

Terrible customer service. I placed a mobile order with a pickup time of 8:30 PM and arrived around 8:15–8:20, knowing I was early and fully expecting to wait. I showed the cashier my order, but he said he couldn’t find it. I was able to pull it up myself, yet instead of helping, he dismissed me and went back to what he was doing. I waited until almost 8:40–8:45 PM, and no one checked on me. During that time, employees were walking around on their phones, and multiple managers walked right past me, clearly seeing me waiting, yet no one acknowledged me
I eventually left without my food and called to cancel the order. The first call rang with no answer. The second time, someone answered with an attitude, said they were “looking for a manager,” and then left me on hold for about five minutes — even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.
This isn’t about wait time. It’s about the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care. Completely ridiculous experience.

Ist time walking in here. The cashier taking our order was abrupt and not friendly. She wasn’t rude by any means, she just wasn’t welcoming if that makes sense. The charo beans were superb! Piping hot and delicious . The complimentary chips were stale, but the green sauce was very good . The fajitas were ok but a little on the dry side. The tortillias were nothing to right home about. The gentleman cleaning the tables was very friendly and courteous.
