Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. There was only one person working up front while two others stayed in the back most of the time. I watched a customer come in for an online order, wait quite a while, and eventually leave — along with several others who came and left because of the delay. The food area was disorganized, ingredients weren’t fully prepped, and the overall operation felt chaotic. This location is in urgent need of better management and oversight.

I don’t know where to begin. Let’s start with walking in the door. I come inside with my older mother to get food and it’s 75+ degrees inside. Then, there’s a MASSIVE puddle in the middle of the floor that has NO SIGNS nor does the employee seem to care.
The employee “Rosalynn” (male) looks like he hasn’t showered, greasy hair, piercings on his face which last time I worked for subway those were not allowed they had to be removed. No hair net, poor attitude when asked do something as sanitary as putting new gloves on before touching someone else’s food after using the POS computer is common sense.
He chose to give attitude and change his gloves after a display of frustration. (People may have allergies, and it’s just unsafe because who knows whether the person before washed their hands after using the bathroom, coughed on, etc). I asked for onions and was told they don’t serve onion or pickles anymore, yet I saw an empty container with seemingly fresh red onions scraps. Weird.
Then, to top it off, This whole time another employee is coming and going from the back room but never helping out when there was 5 sandwiches to be made and clearly Rosalynn hates their job by the way they were walking around and talking to customers. Nor did he come out to clean up the puddle of water either. He was not concerned with anything.
Lastly, I speak as a former night manager for a 24h subway on the west coast. Everything I’ve said has been from that and knowing the way things should be done by the last subwayuniversity courses I took ( yes they call it subway university). Maybe the manager is to blame for such poor employees, or maybe it’s the lack of people wanting to work. Either way. If the Health department came in today they probably would have had a lot to say.
I absolutely would love to speak to the regional manager about this location.

I go here weekly & order offline, my order always comes back on wheat or white after I always put herb n cheese. They also mess my order up more then that adding vegetables I am allergic to like onions. Also I go there before picking my children up for my own lunch break & my food is never ready on time. I just went in there & seen one lady on her phone and only one taking care of 3 other customers. I am close to this subway that’s the only reason I go but at this point I just want my money back

Entire order was incorrect every detail of order was incorrect. paid almost 50 dollars with tip . Drinks weren’t available with order the chips were wrong the bag the subs were in was torn and had red sauce finger prints on it and the sub wrappers also. We unwrapped the subs and barely had any ingredients on it and none of the meats we ordered threw the whole mess in trash . Tried to call and complain got hung up on . This franchise gets a complete F minus

Ordered early at the New Hampton subway in NH so it would be ready for a 6 pm pickup, told them that. Ordered 2 separate subs and when hubby got there they had given our subs to someone else. They had also done this to 6 separate people come to find out as he stood there waiting to have new subs made. They also had run out of some of the items for our subs because of all the screw up. The guy who actually took our order was impaired by I’m assuming either alcohol or something else due to his actions and his appearance.(yes assuming).

Xander was the best sandwich maker I’ve had he was super nice and accommodating. He regained my faith in Subway which I didn’t think was possible. I mean it is still Subway, but this is what I remember Subway being.

Visited Friday 8/9 at 2pm, absolutely the worst. AC was put so the store was literally 80 degrees, one sandwich maker for a line of 6 people, and he was making people wait forever to put the toppings on and get them finished while he kept starting more orders. Guy behind us gave up and left, we almost did too but had already waited 15 mins and decided to keep standing, but probably should have just left. I’ve been here 3-4 times, won’t come back after this.

Abysmal. Half an hour to make three sandwiches when my friends and I were the only ones there. Came out to our car and called us essentially telling us they didn’t have anything and he didn’t want to open any new ingredient containers because he’s closing (it was 8 pm and they close at 9 pm on a Saturday). Didn’t give us any cookies or chips with our meal orders, only received drinks. After a long day of hiking, this was pretty disappointing. At the very least, my steak and cheese sandwich tasted good despite some missing things. If I were you, I’d try somewhere else. You’ll have a better experience.

Great, but don’t order online. I waited until now to review but just felt the need to. I’ve had well over half online orders with issues. Want it not toasted? It’s toasted. Want a BLT on Italian? Nope; it’s just the ingredients in a bowl. Want a wrap? It’s flatbread. Want a lemonade? Nope; it’s water. The food is fine, just make sure you’re there in person to ensure it’s done right.
