Great casual fast taco restaurant. Fun tacos and very good burritos. I had the steak burrito and it was awesome. Filled with tasty wood fired steak, not a ton of rice and beans like normal. Drive through or sit outside at thief tables. Awesome experience.

Saw this place on Instagram and decided to try it. The atmosphere was great and loved the vibe. Super cute place (check out the bathroom as well for the fun everything is peach color). The staff was also super friendly and nice.

Food exceeded my expectations. The steak burrito was incredibly tender and among the best steak burritos I’ve eaten at any price. The burrito is on the small side (not tiny) and still filling. The chips and salsa purchased on the side were excellent with lime and tahine spice. The chicken and steak tacos also extraordinary. Patio seating and minimal covered seating. Probably Taco Mesita has the best drive through Mexican food available for many miles.

One of the most complex, satisfyingly delicious moles I’ve tasted thus far in Cali. Highly recommend the tomalito with mole. That’s not even the best part. Truly genuine legit Mexican street corn and amazing carne asada tacos with so much flavor, smoke, and boldness nothing needed on top. A truly amazing gem in Tustin. Worth driving for anytime, every time.
