Visited the day before thanksgiving. When we pulled into the parking lot there was just one car with a group of about 3-4 people standing beside it, who started walking inside once we pulled into the drive thru. Got to the speaker and told them we had a mobile order. They didn’t ask for a name or number like they normally do, the lady just said pull around. Once we go to the window the lady immediately opened the window and all but threw the food at me, and said thanks. And just like that she was gone. I was left speechless. We continued to sit at the window because we wanted hot sauce and there was none in the bag. And obviously, we weren’t given the opportunity to ask. We sat for maybe 5 minutes and saw nobody in the store the whole time. It was kind of comical looking back…she threw us the food and ran it seemed. So we decided to pull around and just go in and ask for sauce. When we pulled around, we notice the small group of people standing around in the parking lot again. It looked like they’re passing around a smoke. When they notice one of my party go inside the store, they look annoyed and start walking back inside. Come to find out—those were the employees. It seemed that they did not want to be bothered or pulled away from their smoke break to tend to customers. We usually come here at least once every couple of weeks. We won’t be back.

They dont know how to wrap a burrito, they put lettuce in my friends BEAN BURRITO that literally had the smallest amount of filling. 90% tortilla 10% filling.

the chicken nachos were good but the beef burrito tasted like freezer burned beef and the potatoes were defiantly cooked in old grease and the front windows were so bad you could not see through them but the nachos were good

I’ve been eating at this Taco Mayo for a long time. The quantity and quality of the food keeps going down hill. Time for me to find another place to get my “Mexican Food”. Always like supporting local but sometimes you just have to go outside your location.

Upon entering the restaurant I was met by a very kind young lady (Michelle Phillips). She did an outstanding job with her add on skills. My Taco salad was beautiful and tasted great. It was a very generous portion. This location is always clean and has a grand opening feel. Well Done!

I was passing by the area and stopped by here after reading some good reviews. I placed an order online and picked up through the drive-thru. He handed my food with a very noticeable long piece of hair in the wrapper of my burrito. I asked for a new one and he kindly replaced it unfortunately the burrito was not made correctly to match the additions of sour cream and salsa. Needless to say I won’t be back. For those who go you may want to go inside to see how clean it is and make sure your food is made right.
