I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Is this the best you all can do, really? I’ve been eating at five guys since they first opened more than a couple decades ago, I’ve never seen so little effort put into making my food or so little pride taken by whoever put this pathetic crap on my burger then sent it to me to eat. And no, I’m not just being a Karen, I’m actually very chill but I think anybody can see what a joke this is

Just went in today after not coming in for a long time and it was still just as great as always! Fresh hot juicy burgers and amazing Cajun fries loaded up in the bag! Hot dog was amazing too as always. The customer service was amazing! The young boy at the counter was great! Everyone was so nice!

Five Guys corporate says the new fry bags are the same size as the cups. BS! This is definitely not a large as it was when they were in the cups. Especially considering the extra scoop of fries they used to give (not the proportioned container they use to measure it now). Even forgetting the extra scoop, it’s a lot less. Do better!

Free peanuts if that’s your thing. Service was mediocre with little to no customer service courtesy. A very detached cashier. The food was good but overpriced. Almost $40 for a burger, hot dog, drink, milkshake, and fries. The fries apprear to be hand cut and fresh. The burger was small for the price. If you dont mind the high price, its a decent choice. If I’d known better since this was my first and only visit, I would have chosen another establishment.

The food is absolutely delicious, and you get a big portion of fries for the sizes. Apparently, you are also able to get peanuts on location!
It is, however, quite expensive, but as a once in a while treat, I would definitely recommend it!

Little on the expensive side for s burger and fries but we’ll worth the price tons of toppings to choose from to make the burger however you want it. Enough french fries to feed a small army. Only problem is they use the fountain tea but you can make any sode flavor you can think of

got handed fires that were sitting in a bag completely soaked through with grease and nothing was even remotely warm.

Whoever had the common sense to deliver ketchup with the fries for delivery customers needs a raise. Not all of us have it on hand, and I very much appreciated finding plenty of it when I opened my bag. You guys are kind of expensive, and a treat to people. Little things like this make me want to keep getting that treat. Thank you!

This is insanely priced for fast food. If we didn’t have a gift card we wouldn’t have eaten here. I cannot afford to bring our family of 5 here because we would be paying over $100 for fast food. Like I said this is insane so you get o e star until you bring your prices down.
