The best around for all things taco, salads and quesadillas!! We have catered events from taco mama, and truly enjoy coming back for the amazing tasting food and friendly faces. The crew here works hard and has such a great team of employees and management. The atmosphere is so nice every single time. You can tell they all genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in it. Great Tacos, Great People
We live around the corner and Taco Mama is our “go-to” restaurant when we’d looking for a good dinner out. My favorites of their tacos are the ahi tuna and the ground beef, but I’ve also had the shrimp taco and steak taco, and they were really good too. A friend of mine is vegetarian and he got the tofu taco which he enjoyed. The toppings are too many to list and they’re awesome.
Raul, the manager always makes a point of making sure his team is on point and we have a great experience at his restaurant.

This place is awesome! We go there with our dog every single week. It’s very dog friendly outside on the patio and the patio is always heated during the cold season (huge plus). The owner, Raul, and ALL of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced and large portions. We almost always have leftovers for later. oh and the margaritas are amazing! this place is truly awesome. I can’t say enough good things about this Dilworth location!

The food is always so good and great value for what you get, especially the BYO where u always get a side, chips, and salsa. This is a favorite place and recommend to all. The employees are ALWAYS so kind and welcoming. Even if just picking up, they are so friendly and nice and that’s something that keeps me coming back. We are regulars at the Taco Mama – Dilworth, taking advantage of the pet-friendly patio at least 3 times a month. The food is always yummy and the customer service is fantastic. In fact, one of our favorite hosts (Sky!) can even recite our challenging orders back to us (we’re vegan). Raul, the most friendly and accommodating manager of all time, makes sure we are all comfortable, happy, and full!
We do have one request, however: can you please consider offering a vegan cheese option so we can build better burritos, tacos, and even have some cheesy quesadillas?
( Maybe a second request? How about some type of covering for the patio so we can enjoy Taco Mama even when the weather is trying to mess things up for us? Ordering carry-out and eating in the car with the pups isn’t near as fun. 😀 )

I stopped by here after leaving the plant shop, it’s right next door. The cashier was very helpful, courteous and polite. The margarita was delicious. I ordered the taco dinner the portion of meat should be for the kids menu. Barely any meat in the taco.
They have a nice outdoor dining area, but the food mediocre.
