First id like to complain about the annoying repetitive music and no tv had subtitles. We came in at about 7:30, Friday night mar10, was sat in the very back corner of the restaurant from the bar. the waitress was helpful when ordering beer and gave me a gr8 recommendation for this peach blackberry cider it was very good 10/10, we waited a little bit and got our order taken, she must have been really busy bc she barely visited and checked on us, ordered a coke that tasted weird, but they took it off the check no problem, we waited way too long for our food? Bc when food came out it was lukewarm, the flavor was there, but it had no heat, I ordered fried fish and it did not taste good just warm, the manager came over discounted our checks for the inconvenience, and remade my food, so I get to watch everyone eat while I’m starving and my food didn’t come out till everyone else was done. That whole night felt so bad. Reminds me why I don’t go out to eat on Friday night, took a pic of all the orders, and yes I was starving so I ate a bite of one fish b4 I remembered to take a pic lols, but the remake came out with better-seasoned fries & bigger fish pieces compared to the first order, they put more effort ito the remake

Waited over a half hour for a dozen and a half chicken wings. I believe they cook them to order, not positive. The chicken wings were not anything particularly special. Lemon pepper and hot wings. I have had wings just as good at other establishments. When the order came out they put them behind the takeout counter and didn’t say anything to anyone. They sat there a good five minutes before anyone even acknowledged they were there. Very poor customer service. Won’t be going back.

Our server was friendly. We ordered wings and they were delicious. The bar was an issue. I ordered a drink that was delicious. When I tried to order a 2nd they were out of strawberry syrup. I ordered a different drink. After 15 min the server comes back to say they were again out of an ingredient to make the drink. I asked if there was a close version of what I ordered. The bartender was not helpful and seemed annoyed. I probably will stick to getting my wings via door dash.

Taco Macs are always pretty good which speaks to the overall consistency of the establishment. But, the Mall of Georgia location doesn’t break the mold and serves great food with great service, and most importantly plenty of TV. You really can’t go wrong with any of their wing varieties; element pepper dry is certainly an iconic flavor though and is great. The hot wing purists have nothing to fret about though, with all varieties of Buffalo being good and other novelty spicy flavors like the new habanero bbq being good.

We have been going to this location for so long and I remember my friend introduced me here to get my first taste of a chicken wing. I got addicted and been eating ever since. So much has changed but the wings still taste the same. The lemon pepper today just had too much powder that it got very sour. Service was fast and the kids were happy.
